This is a wonderful product, good quality, I eventually changed to a different model due to the design of the cabinets, change was easy and the seller was very easy to work with. Great power.

Product never worked, lights were never working. Three service calls and no reimbursement from proline as promised.

It's a very good range hood
It's a very good range hood, eliminates all the smells and odors right after cooking! We still not sure how the auto-heat sensitive function work but overall is very good product. Highly recommended

LOVE this hood - exactly what I was looking for. Well constructed - highest speed probably no necessary but pretty cool regardless. I highly recommend this product - great value.

Little disappointed with the hood and this his is why
Little disappointed with the hood and this his is why:1. The hood arrived without remote. I contacted customer service, they sent one remote (doesn't work), they sent another (doesn't work) I gave up and just let it go.2. After 3 month of use, display digital clock started to show partial numbers.3. After 3 month hood doesn't start automatically as it used to when it was out of box (new)I really wanted to love this unit but it just one thing after another. Very annoying and disappointing.

Holy moly loud ! This fan is uber loud, but does have the commercial filters that does the job. Bit of a pain in the butt. It rattled like mad and we tried every which way to adjust the metal to stop the rattling - contacted seller and they were very nice and sent us replacement. It no longer rattles but it is loud as heck. Overall I'm happy it takes care of smells but I don't know you can get quieter due to its high cfm output. Has a timer and sometimes when it overheats it shuts off on its own.
