Really Helps my ankle!
Comfortable, cooling, and swelling reduction are fine. Only, negative is hard to slip into with a size 10 shoe size

I keep these in the freezer and when I have foot or heel pain these are easy to put on nad helps with the ache (momentarily relief).

Iāve packs donāt stay in place
The ice packs donāt distribute evenly so itās challenging to get proper coverage. The socks are not sized correctly, mine were too big - so the ice packs didnāt stay where they were supposed to.After some time, the beads seemed to āthin outā and lost their effectiveness.
