Instructions that came in the box were rough, but you can definitely put it together with the video on Amazon as well as a Facebook video which is available in conjunction with the instructions you receive. Once it's put together, the product is fantastic. I did have to drill a couple additional holes to get the roof to mount properly, but otherwise no issues.

You get what you pay for…
Worth every bit of the $302 I paid and not a penny more. You must know that it is made of cheap tube steel material (bends easily). The hardware is cheap and begins to fray if torqued too hard (crushing the tube). Took 6 hours over 2 days. Instructions might as well have been on used toilet paper. They are not readable. No flow-step by step - accompanied with a nightmare of cheap bolts - most SAE and a couple metric. If you can get past all this, you’ll enjoy it for as long as it lasts. Damn me- but it’s what I wanted to spend.

Great seat, terrible instructions
This took much longer to install due to poor instructions, but once it was installed it is great! We've only used it for a couple months, but it's working well and feels strong and durable.

DON’T DO IT!!
This was literally the WORST to put together. The instructions were basically nonexistent. It took a ridiculous amount of hours to get put together. Things that should have been done in the factory weren’t for example there were supposed to be holes on the backrest where the bolts were to screw into and there was no hole so we had to make them. Screws were missing for parts so we had to run to get some. There were tons of scratches all over one piece was dented so we couldn’t get the end cap on correctly. The most concerning part was that on the back of one of the seats were a nut was welded on and it completely snapped off from where is was welded nobody was on the golf cart it was completely spontaneous. For the sake of your marriage and sanity you should probably pick a different one.

Hard to figure out!!
Hard to put together. The directions are awful! Thank god my husband is a mechanic if your handy you can figure it out…but be ready …and we thank god we have a huge box of extra nuts, bolts, and washers! Because you will need them. We had to drill new holes to line stuff up….it will serve its purpose…but when the time comes to replace will not buy again.

Very easy to install!
I installed my new backseat by myself in just a couple hours with only two o craps but it was my fault.😁

Ding and powder coating
Instructions are terrible, took me all day on easter to put together for wife. Came with a ding and picture tells the story. I left a message with the company to make things right. The phone number I called said usually respond in 24 to 48 hours. That never happen. I've bought stuff from them before. Never going to get a dime from me again.

Decent Seat for a 99 Club Car but Instructions are Lacking
The seat and frame upon arrival seemed to be decent quality but as always with these aftermarket seats the directions leave something to be desired. If you are not mechanically inclined or familiar enough with the process of “that goes there because it does” you may leave it to a professional to install. Leave all the bolts loose until almost the end of the installation as pulling and lifting will be required to get holes to line up. Also the roof mounts are a mile off so be prepared to make a couple “aftermarket” holes because you will have to reuse your upper roof hardware. The finish is nice, my seat came a bit dented and scratched but that likely happened during shipping. Also there will be a 1/4” lip with the bed unfolded between the seat panel and the seat frame. A basic ratchet set and drill will get the job done.
