Nearly cried setting it up
Okay, first things first, I bought this on a whim. It had been on my wishlist for sometime and when the price went down, I snatched it up happily. Got it for Rs. 2199/- and that seemed like fair deal. Arrived super quickly without Prime delivery and was handled with care, so kudos for that. Onto more important things. - The main setup. Do this carefully. I watched multiple videos of setting it up so I had some idea about what to do. The problem occured because I didn't have another plug close enough for the adaptor. That's on me, but that was annoying. So make sure you either have your TV near two plugs, one for your TV and one for the adaptor, or you buy a plug extension alongside this. - As for the set up itself, it took a while to download all the updates. Do NOT turn your TV off during this and make sure your WiFi connection is absolutely seamless. Also, while purchasing, make sure you select the option that says "Connect to your Amazon account" it should be up there under the Buy Now button. Once these initial updates are downloaded, you can sign in to your Amazon account manually or download the FireTV app on your phone and scan the QR code to sign in. If you selected the aforementioned option, you'd be signed in already. - Then you set up the remote. This is when everything crashed for me. One second the TV was on, the next it's having a stroke. I watched half a dozen of videos, rebooted the FireTV Stick. It kept showing No Signal after that, the remote was no longer connected and the Stick wasn't connecting to WiFi. I genuinely don't know how it happened, but after disconnecting everything, leaving alone in a corner for a few hours, I reconnected everything and it connected automatically to the WiFi. Had to do some of the set-up again, like signing in and the remote setup. But it worked fine after that. The connection to the HDMI port is still kinda iffy, so it gives early 2000s TV static. Nostalgic, but it's not one of the things I'd like to have again. I have to maneuver the cables here and there like those wired earphones when they only play in one ear. - Everything else is GREAT. Signing in to Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime and a bunch of other apps was a breeze. I haven't even gone through all the options yet, there are like hundreds. Just make sure you have a stable internet connection and scan the QR codes to sign in. - The BEST thing? You can also connect to your Bluetooth Earphones, Headphones, Speakers, Mics, Keyboard and Mouse. I did not know that! I'm so glad because people are sometimes bothered by the TV volume, now I can just connect my headphones and watch HD in peace. Also, if you want to annoy your siblings, connect to the FireTV App. Use the virtual remote. Thrive. Anyway, so far I've only cried once. If it makes me cry again, I'm knocking down one star.

Great streaming device, but the remote didn't last
I purchased this Amazon Fire TV Stick , and overall I've had a very good experience with it. The streaming performance is smooth, the interface is easy to use, and Alexa voice control works well. It's a great device for watching OTT apps and has been reliable for daily use. The only downside is that after about 3–4 years of regular use, the remote stopped working. The Fire TV Stick itself still works fine, but I had to replace the remote with TV remote . Overall, it's a good product with excellent performance, but I wish the remote was more durable.⭐⭐⭐⭐

Worth Every Penny!
Introduction • The name of this streaming device is Amazon Fire TV Stick 3rd generation. • After unboxing the product, you will get Fire TV stick, Remote (compact in size), 2 Alkaline AAA batteries, Power Adaptor, USB Cable and a HDMI Extender. Setup • Connect the stick with HDMI port of the TV. • Connect the stick and adaptor with each other through the provided USB Cable. • If you don’t have enough space behind your TV, use the HDMI Extender Cable to connect the stick with TV. • Now connect the Adaptor with Electric Board (you can also use the stabilizer if you have). • Power on the TV and complete the setup process. • Now your device is ready to be used. Features • 1 gb of RAM and 8 gb of Internal storage which is more than enough. • Comes with a quad core 1.7 GHz processor which makes it perform smooth as butter. • Supports 1080p fhd streaming. • Remote comes with built in Alexa for voice control. • Dual band Wi-Fi. • Supports Dolby Atmos (on compatible devices). • Supports HDR10, HDR10+ and HLG formats. • Comes with variety of apps and games. My Opinion • It is literally worth every penny if you get it under 2200 rupees. • After the first reboot, check for the pending updates in settings. • After turning on the device, if you instantly click on the Alexa button, the led will glow and it will activate and after clicking the second time it will start working. • If you wait for some minutes and then click the Alexa button, it will start working on the very first click. • This is because the remote is bluetooth supported and takes time to pair with tv. When you instantly clicked on the Alexa, it wasn’t ready so it had to activate first and then on the second click it became completely ready to work. On the other hand, when you waited for some minutes, the remote got completely paired with TV making the Alexa work on very first click. • The remote is very compact so handle it with care. • This device can work smoothly even through mobile hotspot. • Overall this product provides great value for its price. • Still if you face any issues in future or have any type of query, you can contact the Amazon Customer Care.

Value for Money and Enough to make you SMART with your TV
If you're looking for a versatile, powerful, and user-friendly streaming device, the Amazon Fire TV Stick is definitely worth considering. It's particularly great for Amazon Prime members and those who want to add smart features to their existing TV. 1️⃣ Setup and Installation: The Fire TV Stick is incredibly easy to set up. Simply plug it into your TV's HDMI port, connect the power adapter, and follow the on-screen instruction. The device comes pre-registered to your Amazon account, making the process even smoother. Within minutes, you're ready to start streaming. 2️⃣ Design and Remote: The stick itself is compact and discreet, easily hiding behind your TV. The included Alexa Voice Remote is a standout feature. It's comfortable to hold and includes dedicated power, volume, and mute buttons for controlling your TV. The voice search function works exceptionally well, allowing you to find content quickly by simply speaking into the remote. 3️⃣ Performance: The Fire TV Stick 4K offers impressive performance. It boasts a powerful 1.7 GHz quad-core processor, ensuring smooth navigation through menus and apps. Streaming quality is excellent, with support for 4K Ultra HD, Dolby Vision, HDR10, HDR10+, and HLG. The device also supports Dolby Atmos for immersive audio when connected to compatible systems. 4️⃣ Content and App Selection: The content library is vast, offering access to thousands of movies, TV shows, and apps. Popular streaming services like Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Hotstar, and YouTube are pre-installed, and you can easily download additional apps from the Amazon Appstore. The interface prioritizes Amazon content, which may be a pro or con depending on your preferences. 5️⃣ Alexa Integration: Alexa integration is seamless and adds significant value. You can use voice commands to search for content, control playback, check the weather, or even control compatible smart home devices]. This feature truly enhances the overall user experience. 6️⃣ Portability: One of the Fire TV Stick's strengths is its portability. You can easily take it with you when traveling and use it in hotels or at friends' houses, provided you have access to Wi-Fi. 7️⃣ Value for Money: Considering its features and performance, the Fire TV Stick offers excellent value for money. It transforms any TV into a smart TV at a fraction of the cost of buying a new smart TV. 8️⃣ Potential Drawbacks: The interface can sometimes feel cluttered, and there's a noticeable push towards Amazon's own content. Additionally, the device requires a stable and fast internet connection for optimal performance, especially when streaming 4K content. 9️⃣ Overall Impression: As a user, I find the Amazon Fire TV Stick to be an excellent streaming device. It offers a wide range of content, great performance, and useful features like Alexa integration. While it's not perfect, its pros far outweigh the cons, making it a worthy addition to any home entertainment setup.

Good but battery came with box it not working
After installing the device to TV we tried to use remote but its not working so we checked with extra pair of batteries after replaced it remote started working. Batteries came with box has charge still its not working with amazon remote. I think there is some issue with amazon batteries don’t what better please have extra pair of batteries it will be helpful. Build quality of remote body and button are solid, we tried alexa it works prefect well every works perfectly well Important: You can control the fire stick with help of “fire tv” app as well there you can type text comfortably with you mobile keyboard its has all the features of remote and its good to have features like this because, I don’t have search remotes all the time. You may find little lag at beginning of use because updates and other background stuff after sometime it work smooth but while opening Netflix its take extra time to open other than that it over works well All can be played smoothly you never find any frame drop there it works well It has games but you can’t install because little space it has other than this memory issue don’t find anything If you are buying this for content watch go for it but if you want to play some causal game in this please forget those it doesn’t has enough space. In case any issues will update here.
