UPDATED, Not what was in the photo
We are so upset. Ordered this as a gift for a friend having surgery who always says, "Bye Felicia". This was perfection. It's her all the way. Got the package and it says "Bye Karen". I had to go back and make sure and yep it's a "Bye Felicia" mug. Why would they just swap out for something else? Now, back to looking for a gift. UPDATE: I cant say enough about this seller's customer service. They were very quick to remedy the mistake and are very sincere. Just can't find service like this these days.
