The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this fan on all accounts!Great remote functions…it’s been on since I’ve purchased it about a month or so ago. In the meantime, we had a brief power outage during a storm…once that happened, we had to turn the fan back on (of course). The power outage does not interfere with the fan’s settings. Once the power returned, I simply grabbed the remote and turned the fan on. I have it on multiple angles oscillation…and it hasn’t failed!The only “con” I find in this fan, which is more of a personal preference, is that the “multiple angle” oscillation mode doesn’t reach as low as I’d like.Other than that, we’re all pretty happy with this fan and it has absolutely helped during this summer, when our garage turns into “a big sauna”!The large Lasko also helps but it wasn’t “cutting it”.As you can hear in my video, the Lasko fan is much noisier than the SPT fan.Even though the spinning blades on the SPT are smaller than the Lasko blades, the SPT is a much more powerful fan so it does produce more ventilation than the Lasko!I want to purchase another SPT fan for our bathroom!If you’re hesitating on buying this fan, I’d say “GO FOR IT”!

I have one for my bedroom, but I needed one for the spare bedroom, however the original brand I purchase is no longer on here. This is exactly the same product. I'm not sure the name of the manufacturer, but this works great.

Like the speed control wind speed. Remote is great. Little bit of vibration when on high.

1) Order 16W81A (Amazon’s Choice); received (16W81, Older Model; NOT Amazon’s Choice).2) Extremely difficult for one person to assemble. Aligning band that holds fan blade cage together very frustrating.3) Cheap Aluminum electric cord is very stiff and difficult to put in place.4) Shortest timer period is 6 hours (6,12,18,24 hours only). Description says “Up to 4 hours”.5) Oscillation is jerky and uneven.6) Remote and general operation is quirky and difficult.7) Overall construction is cheap.8) Motor seems substantial; some reviewers report complete failures of this fan. Time will tell.
