Should have bought this first!
I bought this hoping for a good foundation for my plywood bed in my van. Despite having a pillow top cover, 6 inches of priemum memory foam, 2 inches of generic memory foam, and a 1/2 inch of firm foam, it was comfortable for the most part, but even at 175 pounds, I was still bottoming out to the wood. The Cozzzi twin mattress arrived and I opened it up on my house floor and gave it time to fully expand. I did not detect any smells at all from it.Time for the first test. Will I bottom out to the floor? Not at all, not even close. I would say it gives about a medium to firm support. I was amazed how comfortable it actually was. That's about how I like my mattress firmness, so this was great. While transferring it to my van I found the only negative item. The Velcro securement tabs on mine are absolutely useless. They would not hold together at all. Since I don't plan on moving it once it's in the van, this was no big deal. So not taking a star away for that. In fact, I just cut them off.I already knew it would be too long for my spot, so I planned on cutting off one of the smaller folding sections. Then I remembered the very convenient zippers to remove the foam to wash the item. Unzipped it, removed the section, (saving it if I ever need it), and there it was, a perfect fit.The mattress is great by itself, but since I already had it, I added back the 6 inches of memory foam and the pillow top. The only bad part, is now the most comfortable bed I've ever had, is in my van.

Not as advertised!
I did not receive what was advertised. It is NOT 4" thick, it is barely 3" and it is definitely NOT memory foam. I need this for camping on Friday and today is Wednesday. Now I have nothing to use, because I'm not keeping this and I'm short the funds to fix the issue. Not happy with the false advertising!

Works great and I do not have to worry about it ...
Using this in the bed of my truck with truck bed Tent. Works great and I do not have to worry about it losing air! I am 6'3 275lbs and it was very comfortable to sleep on. 4" was plenty to keep me off the bed of the truck.

Perfect for under a loft bed!
Perfect! I got my daughter a loft bed, and we realized when she started having sleepovers that we needed something I could fold and put away, but use for her friends when they are here. This turned out perfect. Twin sheet fits it. Folds up easy and stores at the back of her closet without issues!

Honda Element Mini-Camper RV Conversion - Perfect
Perfect size for turning my Honda Element into a mini-camper. The 39"w size is between a twin (which would be too small and a full which would be too large). To quote Goldilocks this one is "just right" and comfortable. Putting the small folding section at the back window and folding once makes the length fit exactly and it creates a pillow for my head. A few inches on each side means I can still access the Element's side storage in the back. I kept the backseats in the Element and fully reclined them and placed the mattress on top. I used storage cubes (with lids) between the front and back seats to extend the bed. The front seats can still be completely moved back so I don't need to adjust anything to go from a sleeper to a driver. Also I can quickly convert the back from a bed to fully functioning backseats with seat belts because this mattress conveniently folds up and can be stored in the far back along with the storage cubes. Many people who convert their Honda Elements to stealth campers remove the backseats entirely and make a platform bed to create storage underneath (which I considered doing). This was a much simpler and less expensive option.
