Money Giant Board Game

A hybrid between monopoly and cash flow. This game will get you thinking real estate and show how investing in it can be profitable in the real world. Build your portfolio, borrow against them, collect favorites and handyman specials to bankrupt players... be careful not to maximize all your properties or you may end up losing them in repo:) The design can use improvements but the concept, I think, is very educational.
