I have built many of these 3D wood puzzles; and this one was delightfully unique. Some parts are already colored brown and silver. I enjoyed adding a few more colors. Another difference was that many parts are glued together instead of the familiar tab and slot. The kit comes with a fantastic small bottle of white glue. The nozzle on the bottle is just right to apply very small amounts of glue. I used all the glue out of it and refilled it whith Elmers and still use it.I not only added color but I also added a gear shift, rear lights on the bumper, and filled in the backs of the front lights and horns. Filling in the lights was done by putting as much 5 minute epoxy as I could into the spaces and dipping it into sawdust once or twice. After a few minutes the epoxy-wood mix formed fairly well. I gave the parts 24 hours to cure and sanded them into shape.

I bought as a Christmas gift but I am sure it will be fine as I have bought other models before

This is my first wooden 3-D puzzle I’ve attempted and in having a lot of fun watching it come together.

Buyer beware, it can be a really nice puzzle to build but the parts are very delicate and some require serious pressure to make them click together. That's how I broke several parts to the point where the car wasn't buildable.

Gave to my son in law for Christmas.He had fun putting it together.

Nice project

Very very fragile. You have to apply quite a bit of pressure to get the pieces to click together but doing so breaks the pieces. This brand has some durable kits, this just isn’t one of them. Super disappointing.
