Overall the hard case does exactly what it says on the tin & cannot fault it.The bag, although of sturdy design, I felt had minor design niggles.1) It is quite tight trying to fit a MacBook Pro 13". It is a snug fit but the last corner is a bit tight. This may be because it had the hard case fitted on it (but that doesn't noticeably increase the thickness). This maybe because it is new & will slacken off with use.2) The foam 'stuffed crust' protective edging around the edge. Nice idea, but it keeps getting caught in the zip when closing the case.3) When using the side pocket to store the charger & cables. Even when the charger is dismantled, the UK plug is an unsightly bulge.4) The handle is at the 'hinge' side of the bag & so you feel that you carry it around upside down.Although these are more of personal observations rather than massive problems. They may be something people might want to consider when looking at this product.

First impressions - Great, 6 months later - not so greatMy first impressions of this bundle were very good, the hard shell protective cover is the main thing I wanted, but was happy to get a case and screen protector for around the same budget as other brands just selling the shell.Shell fitted very tight but easily enough, colour was a wee bit off what was advertised as others have mentioned (I went for the burgundy looking one), the carry case seems a bit too tight (again, as mentioned by others). Other than that I was happy and thought this was a 4* product as long as it protects the Mac.After a few months however, I started to notice cracks in three of the corners of the shell on the back of the screen. I've never dropped or hit the Mac and luckily there is no damage to the Mac itself. However the cracks have expanded to the point that some plastic is chipping away from the cover, leaving the edge of the screen exposed slightly. Suffice to say I will be looking to replace very soon.It's disappointing because as I said, on delivery this bundle seemed decent. I think the cover's plastic splitting is down to a combination of it being way too tight and perhaps expanding after the computer heats up slightly, but can't be sure.I'll probably continue to use the carry case, basic as it is, however the screen protector and keyboard cover were things I never knew I needed for my laptop and are the only thing that saved this from a 1 star.

It’s good for the money as a lot of good useful stuff, but its not as described or different from the picture the hard case doesn’t show the Apple on my MacBook 💻Tha stuffed case looks like it will protect my laptop but it’s a bit tight, it fitts 👌🏻but tight.

My daughter asked for a macbook for her Birthday. Was a bit scary given the price of them. I had one that I didnt use as much anymore so cleaned it up. Had the tell tail signs of wear and tear. I decided to purchase this to refurb it and its perfect. My daughter doesnt know it was originally my laptop. Looks brand new and like it was made for it. My daughter hasnt removed it and she's used it everyday for 3 months. Cannot speak highly enough of the product.

I can't lie, I was really disappointed by this product. It looks good, the carrying case is very soft, and the colour was just what I wanted. The bottom piece fit into place quite easily but that's the last good thing I have to say.The top part wouldn't go on. I tried approaching it from different angles and... nothing. It took me a moment before I realised that the case just wasn't wide enough. If you lined up one side, the opposite side would always be 1/2mm short of reaching.Truth be told, it could probably fit with some force but I'm not keen on applying that level of pressure to a £1000+ laptop screen for the sake of a £30 case (which would have likely broken in the process. Inaccurate description. Do not buy for 2020 MBP

I like that you get everything basic you need, including a plastic screen protector. Im genuinely a careful person so I don't need the glass one. But if your worried about screen cracking then I advice you to get a glass one separately and then put this plastic one on-top or underneath, just to be safe :) the bag is nice and the keyboard is also nice. For application and for it to fit nicely i advice to wipe the keyboard and then apply the keyboard cover. it will stick to it and stop moving unnecessarily. And the camera cover was a very nice touch! Your welcome x - Your amazon mum.

Considering how much these are elsewhere, it is lightweight, sturdy, durable, and good value for money would definitely recommend. Having dropped my 2-week old device without a case and finding myself contemplating sanctioning myself, I now feel more confident about carrying my MacBook around without worrying about fragility

It is a pretty pink colour, looks better in real life, was difficult to put on as I didn't want to apply too much force but once I did just a bit it looked great. Not sure if theres any scratches due to force but I’ll be cleaning it once a month to make sure it’s okay. It doesn't come with the logo on it but wasn't a big deal i just put the apple sticker over it. It came with the additional things but im good with just the hard case and the bag.
