Terrific product for DIY or home fix usage.
Fantastic product if you don't need a heavy duty nail or staple gun. Very portable and the Worx battery ecosystem is great. Had enough power to replace the staples in my chicken wire attached to my yard fence. Doesn't take too long to charge and the battery lasted the entire yard fence. Isn't hard to find staples for it and easy to use. Good design especially with the belt hook to make it easier to transport. Capable of back to back stapling without any issues, at least when I used it. It isn't crazy loud like the full size staple guns and its honestly quieter than a hand staple gun I had previously.

Fantastic Nailer and Amazing Corporate Customer Service
This Brad Nailer is fantastic. Three of the manufacturer, Worx's (actual name might be Positec Tool Corporation) main selling points are the nailer' capacity to drive brad nails up to two inches in hard wood, the ease of which the design enables freeing a jam, and the speed with which it fires. I can assure you that these are ALL totally legitimate qualities of this nailer. ALSO, the manufacture's customer service team, Jennifer Q (Brand Ambassador) and Melissa R (Solutions Center Lead) are amazing. My particular nailer happened to have a small defect (which can happen in even the very best power tool company's manufacturing process) in which a bolt needed to adjust the depth with which the nailer drove the nails became loose and caused the nailer to malfunction. I sent an email to the customer support number listed on the Worx.com website with a few pictures of the missing bolt after I had registered my nailer asking if they could send me a new bolt since this was the only problem with the otherwise fantastic nailer and easily fixed. They responded within a day saying that, while they did not carry this bolt in their stock, they would be happy to send me an entirely new product (batteries charger and all) without the hassle of returning the original one. I corresponded with both Jennifer Q and Melissa R through a few e-mails, one or the other always promptly and politely responded in a timely manner, and a new product was quickly shipped to me through FedEx, and arrived right on schedule. While I disposed of the original, I now have a brand new fantastic 8GA Worx Nitro Nail Force Brad Nailer, two working batteries, and two chargers and I am totally happy with my power tool, the Worx company, and Jennifer Q and Melissa R.

Worth the cost!
I am super happy with this electric brad nailer. So far, it fires perfectly every time and at the right depth without marking the wood. It even gives you a little flash to tell you when the nails run out. The battery lasts a lot longer than I thought it would too. It's such a relief not to be tethered to an air compressor with a trip-hazard hose and unreliable air tools. My last air gun started leaking air after 6 months, and the next one misfired all the time and marred the wood. The only down side is it is a bit heavy, and my arm gets tired holding it up.

Value is there!
I work in construction, and we have other battery operated nail guns but it never was worth it to buy a battery pin gun because they're all so expensive for quality tools. Well I bought this thing and so far you couldn't tell me it's not one of the expensive ones. I used it to finish trim on a house build and everything worked great! It had like one misfire/jam/issue so far, and using the release, it was cleared with ease and back to work. There are 2 things I would like to mention for those who are the same. The gun is pretty heavy compared to others I've seen, but this one isn't a fuel cartridge, just battery! So I assume there are more or heavier parts for the benefit of not needing to buy replacement ones! The other thing is probably purely me..I'm used to nail guns easily standing on the top or something where it doesn't have to lay flat on the ground for a second. And unless I haven't figure it out, this one doesn't have it.Price and production from current view is that it's worth it and any negatives I have had are preference mostly.

Powerful machine, without needing air
Just got it but right out of the box I'm impressed. It's bulky not heavy, which really it should be. My Air nailer was too. Has plenty of power, drove nail perfectly flush which when you are dealing with different size skid boards is huge because my old nailer would sometimes drive right through the other side over penetrating. My only concern was while the unit seemed well built and sturdy, the nail carriage seems light and maybe alittle loose. But I'm nit picking. Also the battery fully charged in an hr. The bag is nice too..but the unit didn't really seem to fit right, but it does fit

Great piece of equipment
WORX to the rescue! I gave this product 5 stars for ease of use, convenience, and effectiveness. It's a very sturdy piece of equipment that made my project a breeze. I'm very happy with this product and would recommend this as a great addition to your DIY tool bag.

Worst Tool Purchase Ever!
I purchased this nail gun back in October in advance of needing it to install shoe molding (replacing carpets with vinyl wood flooring to make my brother's home more handicap accessible). It was on sale, and it had the "Amazon's Choice" endorsement. When it came time to use it, I could not be more dissatisfied with my purchase. It did not sink the brads all the way in (even with the "tool-free depth adjustment drive" fully engaged), the battery life was aweful, and after every one or two trigger pulls, I had to maually push the "retractable" brad holder back into the unit. On top of that, it jams all the time both with the brads that came with it, and the additional ones I purchased. Big waste of time and money. Turns out switching over to the old-school drill and hammer worked way better than this total piece of junk. If I could, I would give this a zero star. Total dissapointment, and a super frustrating experience.
