I recently used this kit for the first time to install new horns on my RV. I had to cut off the factory wiring harness to make it happen, and wanted to ensure a finished product that transcended "butt connectors."The kit was super easy to use, and resulted in an installation that looks like it came from the factory that way. The durability of the components looks to be on point, and the quality of the tool is good, and the case is fair. Just be sure to pay attention to the "this side up" markings on the case or you'll have a mess on your hands.Overall, a very useful piece of kit for the garage.If the net durability of the installed product turns out to be a let-down, I'll be sure to update this review accordingly.

Great crimper for weatherpack. I love the ratcheting feature; not only does this ensure that you apply the perfect amount of pressure for a perfect crimp every time, but it also allows you to put the contact in place, and then free up a hand to slide your wire in before crimping. I like that it crimps not only the wire contact, but also the wire seal so that the weatherproofing is securely in place. This is a quality tool with a nice starter kit of accessories for the money. Buy it!

I frequently find myself needing rebuild or make connectors and wiring harnesses for cars and motorcycles. I have traditionally sat through the tedious task of gently removing pins and sockets, prying crimps, soldering any broken crimps and tediously fumbling around with stuff...I have wasted hundreds of hours in my lifetime doing this, and been envious of friends who have these tools and kits. I finally decided to get my own, and I am already seeing the benefits. This kit arrived a couple of days ago, and already I have used it to make harnesses for a project scooter. This is money well spent.

Purchased this tool to go with my Astro 9477 Professional crimping set.Tested tool and the H7 Jaws work fantastic for 14 and 12 gauge wire, almost factory with the 2 test crimps I made.It's a great tool that crimps the wire and seal at the same.Terminals and connectors are an added bonus to this kit, look and plug together perfect.Make sure you install Male terminals in Female housings and Female terminals in Male housings, some People get it wrong and have problems.Buy it before the price goes up!

What a great product. I am a farmer and I fix a lot of wiring on older equipment I have had no problems with this product and I am very pleased.

THIS PRODUCT DID AN AMAZING JOB WITH THE WEATHER PACK CONNECTORS . THE CRIMPS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL LOOKING AND VERY DURABLE . I USED THIS ON CONNECTORS ON A RACE CAR AND HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM .THEY WORK GREAT IN HIGH VIBRATION AND TEMPERATURE SITUATIONS .I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS PRODUCT

I Already had a Deutsch connector tool however my equipment trailer break away battery kit and charger died and it was connected using the Weather Pack connectors. So I bought this change it out and it works great. Cannot go wrong with this tool.

Really wish I would have bought this sooner. Easy to use, quality connections, nice case and good selection to start out with. Don't question it buy it
