Black satin is such a beautiful thing. It feels cool and comfortable during the hot nights and it's just wonderfully cosy. That is, at least, if you're not one to cuddle a pillow near the edge of the bed. It is rather easy to slide around on satin and that snuggly pillow has a tendency to fall out of the bed. This proves fortuitous, however, since it creates a nice padded landing when you happen to follow it off the bed.If, like me, you happen to have a cat who happens to like sharing your bed, please be aware that the duvet hanging over the edge of the bed can prove rather deceptive. Again, the slippery nature of satin has a second victim, in one swift motion stripping me of a duvet and covering a now rather disgruntled Smokey. Since then she has shown her distaste towards these satin sheets, so if you want your whole bed back for yourself, it's a definite win. No more worries about fur balls in bed.One thing to deal with is the bottom sheet. Getting that to stay in place on a Tempur mattress is always a battle won whilst knowing you'll lose the war. This could be an issue of the fitted sheets, or it could be purely down to my flabby fidgety butt constantly causing this to occur over and over. If not, you can enjoy the nightly struggles too.Either way, I really like these so give them a go and enjoy.

Really nice bedding. Looks lovely, nice and soft. Feels amazing to sleep in. However it's next to impossible to keep the duvet and pillows on the bed because they slide off constantly

This set looks lovely and feels lovely to sleep in but sleep becomes also an extreme sport.What is good: Love the zipper on the duvet cover rather than poppers or buttons. It’s lightweight, feels cool to sleep in and is breathable. Washes well too. I kept the pouch it came in because it makes it storing one set while the other is in use easier.What is challenging: The duvet cover has to be tucked in at the bottom of the bed or you wake up with the duvet sideways or on the floor. The bottom sheet slides off the edges of the mattress which is a standard size and the bottom sheet is a little looser.Good value for money if you don’t mind the challenges.

I was pleased with the look of the bedding but soon became annoyed because it kept slipping off the bed. I could not sleep in the usual carefree way I was used to because I had to constantly think about not causing the duvet or pillow to fall off the bed! Would have been great but for this fact. Very soft against the skin.

Unbelievable..it arrived the day I ordered it ..and it was a later order ..around lunchtime..I couldn't believe it .I'm really impressed with this seller .I'll definitely buy from them again. The bedding is beautiful..and the delivery ..amazing ..
