Finally , a pillow worth buying
This pillow is the only thing that stopped my neck pain. It does take a bit to adjust to how you need it, but it doesn’t flatten and compress during the night and I can roll from my side and my back without having to completely readjust and wake up. It’s a very expensive pillow, but after trying solid memory foam, latex, adjustable latex, and a bunch of other memory foam pillows , I won’t sleep with another. It’s firm, yet soft. It took me a day or so to get used to it, but the foam is high quality and high density as it has a slower response rate. This means it conforms much better. My pillow didn’t have a smell at all. My biggest complaint about a couple of the other memory foam pillows I tried was that they slept too hot, this one doesn’t sleep hot at all. It seemed like it would because the pillow case is thick, but cooling. I do refluff mine once every couple of days just to keep it in good shape.

Stomach sleeper - Fixed neck kink in 3 days
The media could not be loaded. First of all, I never leave product reviews, but this seemed significant enough to share with others who might be having the same problems.Secondly, I sleep on my stomach, and have had a hard time finding a comfortable pillow that supports my head, but does not leave my neck feeling kinked up or weirdly aligned. For years I have woken up with shoulder pain and a kink in my neck from sleeping on my stomach with my arm under my head and pillow. I have tried fixing my sleep position, but even when I fall asleep on my back, I wake up on my stomach like this. So it has been a constant problem for most of my adult life. After a ton of research I decided to try these Saybrook adjustable pillows and after three nights of sleeping on them my neck/shoulder pain is completely gone.I ended up buying two of them. Took about half the stuffing out on one (the one I use to sleep on my stomach) and about a third of the stuffing out of the other (the one I use to prop my head up for reading or relaxing in bed). There was actually so much stuffing that I am thinking about buying another case and using the extra stuffing to create a third pillow! 😅The stuffing is so soft and comfortable. It doesn't bunch up or clump up like many of the others I have tried before. Especially the down pillows or other "premium/luxury" brands. When you lay on it, it feels like a solid pice of foam that just cradles your head and neck comfortably and retains the shape while providing great support. If you are looking for an affordable pillow that will give you a great night sleep while perfectly supporting your head no matter what position you sleep in I would definitely recommend giving this one a try.P.s. When you first get the pillow, remove it from the bag and throw it in the dryer on gentile cycle for about 10 minutes to fluff it up and get the full loft before you start removing or adjusting the foam.

Great Pillow, sadly not great for bad necks.
I REALLY wanted to love this pillow. I loved the fact you could adjust the stuffing to how you like it. I loved their little quirky comments when advertising and such. The pillow itself seems good quality and though it started with that fresh from the factory comical stink it was pretty much gone within 2 to 3 days. But sadly I have a bad neck and it is VERY hard to find a proper pillow that doesn't have me waking up in pain and with headaches. If I didn't have neck issues I think this would have been a great pillow. It is adjustable and I wish more pillows were! A little messy when removing/adding stuffing but I don't think it's a deal breaker with this nice ability.A little warm for my taste. The 'cooling' affect is barely noticeable and for someone that runs hot and lives in a hot climate this pillow would be better for winter nights or for someone that runs cold when sleeping. Maybe if they had a choice stuffing of adding more of the cooling stuff? As for people with neck issues. The stuffing tends to sink quite a bit at the head area which normally is great but because of it it goes flat near the neck area. You might be able to get away with it if you combine it with a roll pillow under your neck which I normally do with pillows that don't give me enough neck support. Even after taking away or adding stuffing it's the same issue of being too high and kinking your neck or going flat at the neck when stuffing is taken away and unlike down it's harder to get the stuffing to stay where you need it for your neck.Maybe if Saybrook is willing they'll consider doing more research into people with neck issues and how their product can help. I think they have potential. Maybe a sew in pocket near the neck where you can add or remove stuffing there, keeping stuffing in place where the neck would lay? I'd be very happy to try their product again if they gave us something like that. But sadly for now this pillow just doesn't give me what I need. My painful search continues."Why not use solid memory foam?' I normally do, the ones with the little neck bumps. But it's hard finding the right one of those too. Usually solid foams are either too hard or they have too high or too low neck bumps. When I find one that is just right I get extremely excited, let me tell you. So something adjustable like Saybrook's pillow would be amazing to at least try had they had a dedicated neck section.
