Not impressed
When ordering a new product, not refurbished. I expect it not to look previously used..

These got returned, not good for high dusting.I was trying to vacuum the top of some very high ducts work and there’s no tool to around the top, I had to risk my life getting on a 10 foot ladder to be able to get that done.They need to have a tool to help do that.The tool they have is only for a duct of 6-8 inches maybe.It don’t work on an industrial one.

Does the job
Does the job it’s intended for as long as you have a quality vacuum. Quality is fair. Price was a high. The packaging it arrived in was atrocious. The bag that is included with it is a net with a zipper and doesn’t fit everything. Expected more for the price but that’s the way things are now.
