1007 Magnetic Switch and Outlet Cover for Toggle Switches, 6 Piece

I rent my apartment so I cannot replace the lightswitches, but I do have several smart lightbulbs. The bulbs cease to function if someone flips the power to them off at the switch, so these covers do the job nicely for the two rooms I have smart lighting in. The setup's a little awkward, but it's worth it to be able to have the living room lights match the mood of what I'm watching and to turn the bedroom lights off from in bed.This cheap solution for covering the lightswitches is cheap, easy to install, and it works great!

The magnetic covers worked well, covering standard size switches. The magnets weren't too strong but strong enough to stay on the panels. They look nice, too.

This was the perfect solution to cover switches we wanted to leave either on or off. It prevents guests from flipping random switches. They are magnetic and just stick to the screws in your switch plate, so they also come off easily. After my parents saw them, they bought a pack for their house.

These are the ultimate in simplicity. They magnetically attach to the screws that hold the switch plate. The magnets are strong but not strong enough to prevent a 3 or 4 year old from removing the cover. I wish they came in other colors such as cream or ivory.

This made it so easy to cover our light switches. We bought bith styles for the different switches we have. Useful to prevent the lights from getting turned off accidentally by someone in the household with dementia. Also useful for our lights that are on a timer. The magnet is strong enough to keep it in place, but easy to move when we don't want it covered.

I have no idea why the listing says this works for outlets. It doesn't. It just flat out doesn't, at least not on the standard United States residential outlets.Anyway, these switch covers are great for covering switches. They snap right on and hold surprisingly well. you can knock them off but it takes a deliberate attempt and/or considerable force. They look alright and can fit on multi-switch wall plates without any problems. The only issue I have is the price. These are hunks of plastic with two tiny magnets. A bit steep for what they are.

I was looking for something to cover my boiler emergency shut off switch. This does the trick nicely, easily and cost-effectively. I also put some on the light switches that are connected to my smart bulbs because my family can't seem to understand that they should always stay powered on. My one wish is that these came in different colors, because they really stand out if the switch plate is not white.

Using to avoid wall switches with new smart bulbs. Smart bulb can be reset by flipping bulb on and off a couple of times. Much easier to pull off magnetic cover than to deal with a screwed on cover when needed. Would like to see more color choices.
