The North Yorkshire Moors Railway and the Esk Valley Line Past & Present

Already have three books by this guy. All bring back childhood memories of a railway line which ran past my grandparents gatehouse cottage at Mill Lane in Pickering which is still there! That part of the railway line has now sadly gone and has been redeveloped! I wished the NYMR would have preserved all of the line to Rillington. Would have then made a main line connection to Malton! Great book for my personal memories. Hope the author will continue to find more interesting photos and quench my thirst for more information.
