I love this little hand bell/chime. I love the sound it produces. It is clear and beautiful

I got this from Amazon Warehouse and it arrived with the chain to the striker being broken despite it being offered as almost new. At any rate, I found the sound too harsh when I used the included striker. However when I used a small rubber mallet instead, a much sweeter tone came out. I use mine as a meditation aid, percussion accent instrument, and also for blessing a space.

I like the sturdiness of this piece. The sound of the bell is very tinny. I improvised. I removed the bell which is held in place by an eye screw and switched it out with a quality tingsha bell (cymbal), one from a pair. I need the capability of striking a high bell then holding it as I bow when leading a meditation. My pair of tingsha bells cannot be held while bowing, hands to the chest, and still resonate uninterrupted. While this bell is not great quality I switched it out made it work for what I need!

I Like it... My only Complaint... is Light about Scratching on Wood Handle.... the Manufacturer Should Consider... Wrapping it's Striker Separately to Prevent any Damage to Wooden Handle While Shipping... But over All I like it... and It Sounds Pretty

This bellis of shoddy craftsmanship. There is a center area of the bell that is significantly thinner than the base and the rim of the bell. This causes the bell to ring with two distinct frequencies that are not harmonic and produce a very unpleasent dissonance. It is obvious that the bell was not correctly tuned to produce a single tone. This bell would be inappropriate for use as a ritual tool. Maybe for use as a decoration. Very dissappointing.

The bell is very buzzy. Very thick walls. It is not bad value for what you get.

Not as advertised. Sound is absolutely NOT pure or clear and it is NOT premium material. Not satisfied, but paid for shipping to receive and have to pay shipping to return. By the time I've paid for shipping twice, it makes little sense to return. I do not recommend purchasing this bell, as you're basically stuck with it whether you like it or not.
