Bag has a strong chemical smell. Been airing it out since I received it but it still smells bad. I will eventually start to use it once the odor subsides a bit. Other than this problem, the bag is really cute. Update: Company reached out to me and explained why the bag had that smell and that I should gently wash the bag and air it out. They even offered a refund or another bag, neither of which I wanted. Excellent customer service and I will be using my new lunch bag shortly!

Its super cute, I use it every day. I put my lunch and when it spilled once the material soaked it all up. I then washed it (easy) and no stain was even left.

When you open the box it may have a strong odor because it’s neoprene. To get rid of the odor, wash it in the washing machine’s gentle cycle and air dry it! So versatile and it holds my small crochet projects for travel.

The white part of the fabric gets dirty after second use. It has to be washed every two oe three days

Lunch bag is fine, holds a fair amount. The smell of it when it arrived was enough to make me gag. It smelled like melted plastic and chemicals. I had to leave it outside for several days to “air out” before I could even think of using it. It still smells fairly strongly of chemicals. Would not repurchase.
