Just plug it in.
Works as described. Must be plugged in as it has no onboard battery. Quick connection to iPhone with a pleasant confirmation tone that doesn’t wake up the neighbors. Great way to get more life out of a sound bar that has a non-functioning bluetooth. Now I can listen to my playlist on great speakers with no hassle.

Great Bluetooth device! No drops or other issues.
Got this to use with my tablet. It allows me to use Bluetooth to connect to my home speaker which doesn’t have Bluetooth. Works great with RCA and 3.5 mm headphone jack.

But then it failed: Works great, seamless installation. And replacement was received promptly, Problem was power cube.
11 months later: It started to disconnect and reconnect and play a 4 note 'deedle'. Description on Amazon page says warranty is 24 months and when I contacted seller (Esinkin) they sent a replacement. The problem seems to be the power cube. With a new power cube the problem went away. Testing the voltage of the culprit showed the cube was putting out 4.1 Volts instead of 5. Purchased Nov. 2016: No problems with this. I am using it to pair an Echo Dot with a stereo amp. I put the BT power plug into stereo switched plug so that when the stereo is turned off, the BT receiver loses power as well. Pairing the Echo with the BT was easy in the alexa.amazon.com webapp; I put the Echo right next to the BT Receiver for this. Asking Echo for 'bluetooth' finalized the connection glitchlessly; the Echo output now is heard on the stereo. When I turn the stereo (and thus BT receiver) off, the Echo continues playing on its own speaker. If I then turn the stereo (and BT) on, the Echo searches and finds the BT and automatically connects. Note: this is the only BT receiver in the house. The sound quality is excellent the Echo itself is about 15 feet from the BT with an intervening interior wall. One nit is that it connects to the Echo automatically a while after you ask Echo to disconnect. After a while of disconnection, it automatically connects again.

Unexpected Bounty
Many, many years ago, before Bluetooth, bought a Carver Receiver and a pair of Walsh Ohm2 floor speakers. All my music was in my phone and listened to and enjoyed with Bose Headphones. One day, looking at the phone and ancient Stereo equiptment, lamented they could not be connected. Then Googled the question and finally learned of the existence of Bluetooth Receivers. Got the Esinkin and now enjoy Outstanding fidelity and convienance.

Make sure the line out cord is all the way in.
I was going to send this back. I was getting a dirty mid and highs sound. Ended up, I didn't have the cord all the way in. Duh! Moment... Sounds great now.

Decent sound quality - Connects to one device at a time, automatically
I have this plugged into an amplifier to stream Bluetooth in a medium sized apartment. I have used four different devices, and they sync easily. I have to manually disconnect a device in order to connect to another one. The one that is in the memory will reconnect automatically when it is turned on and within range. This unit always needs to be plugged in. One thing that stands out to me is the pad underneath, which hasn't left marks and stuck to things after awhile like some electronics do. It beeps to let you know your device has connected. The blue LED light is small enough that you can put it behind something and it won't annoy anyone, even at night. The range is more than 20' (very reliable) and less than 30' (don't move) through 3 or more walls, and my particular unit seems to like it when I use my own RCA jacks instead of the 1/8" plug which was included. You can experiment with placement. Moving it over slightly could make a bigger difference than you might think in some applications. Sound quality is notable for a 20 dollar device, and consistent within its intended range. I was hoping that it wouldn't cut quality as you get farther away like some are designed to do, and that seems to be the case for me. For reference, you would be able to discern which of your recordings are better than others and which formats are "lossless" or compressed. It's not as detailed as my CD player, but might be comparable to a cheaper one. When I am streaming Bluetooth, chances are that nobody cares. I haven't noticed a noise floor coming through the unit, or any other sort of distortion. Designed in California, Made in China

Easy to set up sound quality is ok
Product meet my expectations. Would be good if it had a button to disconnect the current paired device. This would make it easier to connect a new device. Currently you have to open each device individually to find out which is paired. Can be a problem in a home where everyone has an iPad and iPhone

Bluetooth receiver
Easy to set up. Requires source (phone or iPad) to be close by or it jumps around a bit. If source is nearby it’s faultless.

Super easy to setup, surprisingly good sound.
Connected this unit via RCA to my old NAD 3020B amp with B&W DM220 speakers. Really quick and easy to setup and pair with my iPhone. Sound quality is surprisingly good. Only downside I've noticed so far is when I'm carrying the phone and walk out of range of the receiver, the phone disconnects from the receiver (as expected), however it doesn't reconnect automatically when I move back in range. But at this price, you can't have all the bells and whistles. Good value for money!

Works perfectly with Bower Wilkins Zeppelin Air 30 pin dock
Easy set up and worked straight away without issue, where as previously more expensive Comisol adapter failed completely. Happy customer!
