Back in the saddle!
This was an exact fit for my 2009 Trek 7300 men's hybrid with a Shimano FH-RM60 hub and 8 speed cassette. Original P/N was Y-3CF98040 per Shimano FH-RM60-8S-QR datasheet. Per seller's description, this is P/N Y30V98050, FH-RM33/TX800 8/9/10-Speed Freehub Body. See YouTube for DIY freehub & freewheel videos. Remove the cassette with an FR5 removal tool & chainwhip (or equivalents). After removing the axle, cones & bearings using the usual cone wrenches, the freehub unit comes off with a 10 mm allen key to remove the "body fixing bolt" . Not particularly difficult.

great company, fast delivery, great customer service, but doesn't fit
Fyi, This part is not a replacement for the fh-rm30-8, bearing seal will not drop all the way down and fit snug against the bearings.

The part I needed to replace broken FH-RM30 hub.
I used this to replace a FH-RM30 8-Speed and it works perfectly. Just look on You-Tube (a search like "Replace Shimano Hub") to see how to do it and to make sure you have the required tools. I had to buy cone wrenches, the cassette removal tool, grease, and the chain whip (Amazon has them all) and still managed to do the whole thing for less than $60, and in less than one hour. I do have an engineering background, but have never done a bicycle repair this extensive before. With You-Tube and the proper tools most people with moderate mechanical abilities can handle this repair.

The freehub body came in a sealed Shimano package and ...
The freehub body came in a sealed Shimano package and it was well lubricated. FYI - there is no 10mm bolt or outer ball bearings included. I was able to reuse the bolt and bearings from my existing freehub body. If you are buying this to build-up a new bike you will have to purchase the bolt and bearings to use this freehub body. I purchased mine from Niagara Cycle Works. Maybe some of the other sellers include the bolt and bearing...

Used this to replace a RM30
My RM30 finally died, and I replaced it with this (was a perfect match). I also replaced the gear cassette with the Shimano CS-HG31.One note, this does not come with the 9 steel bearings, so either buy new ones or reuse the existing ones. I reused mine (12 years old and over 1K miles) and they worked just fine. I also used the White Lighting Crystal grease which so far am very happy with.

Exact Replacement
The gears were slipping on a 10 year old 8-speed Specialized Hardrock due to a faulty freehub. The RM33 looked the same and turned turned out to be an exact replacement. Now the bike works perfectly.

Compatible with 2008 Raleigh Detour 4.5
This worked in the rear hub of my 2008 Raleigh Detour 4.5. I replaced my stripped freehub with this, and all is good. I've ridden ~100 miles since the repair, and it's holding up well.

Worked great right out of the package!
The freehub was easy to install and is so smooth and quiet! Almost like a new bike now. The pricing is so much better than going to a bike store.
