To complicated supposed to be for the elderly I am 91. Had it 3 weeks can call out and recieve. That’s it for now can’t remember

The manual was very small print and a bit confusing. I got a family member to set up and all as it says on the box. Good value and quality

Very good clarity and volume, especially with speaker phone function
I ordered this for my elderly mother who is very hard of hearing. Once I had set it up, the volume and clarity of voice from the handset was very good for her and the loudspeaker function excellent. The manual is not the clearest and had to work from instinct to set up some things. Also, to pick up the handset and then put onto speaker phone is very fiddly. Happily, answering by using the speaker phone in first instance works very well.Overall, very happy with purchase and my mother thinks it is best phone for volume and clarity that she has ever had.
