Small gels, easy to swallow. It was a hot day here in Illinois when they were delivered to my black mailbox. As such a few of the gels were stuck together but I used one immediately. I then put the bottle of them in the fridge. A while later I retrieved the bottle from the fridge and gave it a shake. All the gels were free from one another then. I am please with this product.

These Vitamin D are really good, I finished my bottle in no time. It was easy to digest and I saw a difference in my skin, it was brighter and glowing. I will have to stock up on some more of this brand.

During winter I always have really bad under eyes and I’m always really tired and get seasonal depression.
