I don’t often write reviews but this was a great product. Wish I knew about this sooner so I would have had it the day of surgery. Son had his wisdom teeth removed and this was such a huge game changer. Helped tremendously with the swelling and was able to get it overnighted. Made well, keeps cold for a long period of time. Super convenient and comfortable, plus hands free. If you need something for jaw pain or post surgery don’t think twice. Worth every dime. Highly recommended.

I have migraines & occipital neuraligia. This ice pack is absolutely perfect! I can wrap it perfectly around my head to apply cold to my right temple & neck at the same time relieving my pain. It has just the right amount of thickness so it's not too bulky & keeps temperature perfect. It has perfect spacing between ice packs. Whoever designed this, thank you it is wonderful

Perfect for wisdom teeth! My daughter got her teeth out and it was a really rough time. Holding the ice packs to her face was really cumbersome so we ordered this. The price was very reasonable, it comes with 2 sets of ice packs so you can rotate them out. The material was soft and felt comfortable on the face, and it washed in the washer and drier with no damage. Very great deal.

I bought this for my husband after his wisdom teeth removal and it worked really well. The wrap holds both ice and heat packs, which made it convenient to use cold during the first few days and then switch to heat later in recovery. The packs themselves are good quality, the wrap fits the head well, and it’s simple to use. I also like that it came with four packs so we could rotate them. A couple of small downsides: the internal fabric is pretty thin, so the packs can feel uncomfortably cold against the skin. We solved this by slipping the packs into a sock before putting them in the wrap. It can also be tricky to tighten it enough without help from another person. Overall, though, this was a great purchase and made recovery a lot easier.

GET IT!!! If you are having a tooth removal or something similar. I’m in my 30s and had my wisdom teeth removed recently. I was terrified but I had heard these make a difference so I ordered one to prepare. I had all 4 teeth removed so I was preparing to look like a chipmunk. I told my sister, force me to put this on immediately when you drop me off at home. And you know what? My face never got as puffy as I imagined and I can only assume it was due to the diligent use of this face wrap! I tried to wear it as often as possible. It was nice that I could swap the ice packs in and out since there were 4 packs. It was comfortable on my face and I didn’t mind wearing it. I was drooling a bit at first (gross I know lol) but thankfully you can also throw it in the wash and then it is better afterwards. I didn’t use it for the heat function so I can’t speak to that but it deserves 5 stars just for the cold pack. The Velcro held really well and I was able to walk around with it on with no problem. The ice hit perfect on my face for where my removals were and I slept with it on no problem many times. I think even for TMJ pain it would be nice.

Stayed colder when left in freezer overnight. Otherwise, instructions for use were accurate for both ice and heat. Wrap is adjustable and stays in place. Also covered face nicely. Used heavily for 4 days after wisdom teeth exraction. I'm glad I bought it!

Super apres une chirurgie s la machoire. Chaud ou froid . Tiens bien la nuit, même si je devais dormir assis ! Tres bonne qualité ! Le tissus etait assez rigide pour tenir en place tout en etant confortable. Les sac aussi reste en place dans la pochette sans tombé en boulle au fond. Donc il couvre bien un espace assez large Pour réchauffé les sac je les laissait tremper dans l'eau chaude pour gardez les sac en bon etat.

This is a quality product that became very helpful after dental surgery. I love the fact that you don’t have to hold an ice pack to you face with your hand but can just wrap this around your head and it stays there for as long as you need it. it comes with 4 ice packs, so you keep one pair in the freezer while you use the other. The packs are mouldable even when frozen so you can model them around your face contour. The Velcro closing adjust to the size of your head. I have not tried them as hot packs yet but they can be used like that as well.

Bought this for after my wisdom teeth removal, works really well. The only thing I hope they can change is the closure, if they just switch the Velcro and soft part, because my hair keeps getting caught in the Velcro which is frustrating.

Having had major jaw issues for years I’ve tired many ice packs. This is the best one without a doubt. It’s comfortable. Love that it comes with four inserts. I also love that it can be heated or chilled. It has lasted over four years with two major jaw surgeries, and a teen teenager, getting their wisdom teeth out.
