Vollrath(5303P) Wear-Ever Sheet Pan, 1/2 Size, 18 x 13 x 1-inch, Aluminum, Perforated

This is a well made baking sheet. It has the holes in it, like a pizza pan and it is very sturdy. The pan didn't pop in the oven like some of the others I have used - it held it's shape. It is easy to clean.

If you are used to buying these at one of the big box regular stores, you will be impressed with these. Very heavy duty for the same price. Love them.

great pan, has holes in bottom to allow heat to distribute evenly. i use this tray along with sill mat ,non stick. i've never backed before, but with this everything comes out great.

These are the absolute best baking sheets if you need to get maximum airflow to your product- perfect to use with the Silpain baking mat for pate a choux!
