They fit well.I think they were costly

The pads on the briefs do not extend across the entire front. This can cause an embarrassing stain. I do like the product for comfort but I ordered the boxer briefs instead for complete coverage across the front of the garment.

Did not stop leaking

Purchased for my husband post prostatectomy. He is tired of wearing pads. His job is very physical and he has problems leaking through pads. It is very embarrassing for him. We tried these and he said they would be awesome if the pad covered the whole frontal area. I marked in the picture where the pad Is. We will keep them because he says they are more comfortable than wearing pads and will probably be fine for every day, just not if you are exerting yourself. I wish they had worked better for him. Expand the pad across the other side and it would be 5 stars

BOUGHT 3 EACH 38-40, AND 34-36. "ALL" LEAKED THE FIRST FEW DROPS, WHEN SITTING, LAYING ON SIDE, WHILE PLAYING WITH GRANDCHILDREN. LEAKS THE FIRST FEW DROPS THROUGH UNDERWEAR AND PANTS. INSIDE, THE THICKER PADDING HOLDS THE RIGHT SIDE HIGHER SO THAT "THE END OF A MAN'S HOSE" GRAVITATES INTO A POCKET MADE BY THE LOWER SINGLE LAYER "FLY". You may need to touch it there to see how easily it drops down. I HAVE SMALL UNKNOWN TO ME LEAKS WHEN I FORGET AND WAIT TOO LONG TO GO TO THE BATHROOM. PLAYING WITH GRANDCHILD, WHO SCREAMS WHEN I LEAVE FOR A MOMENT, I HAVE SEVERAL TIMES BEEN EMBARRASED BY WET PANTS. CONSIDER THAT IT'S MOST OFTEN OLD MEN THAT WEAR THESE, SO THAT THEY ARE MOST OFTEN NOT "ENLARGED". PLEASE REDESIGN AND SEND REPLACEMENTS. THESE LOOK VERY GOOD, BUT FAIL.
