Would have appreciated instructions on how to mount the glass, but I figured it out. Works well and freezes me out of the bedroom

It's beautiful. You will need a ladder because you need to hang it then out the crystals on.

I read the reviews before purchasing the fan and bought it anyway because it just looked so beautiful.My husband is the fix it guy and he did a real good job on the installation.The down rod we purchase was too small you need a 5/8 th inch circumference. So we decided to paint our old down rod white to blend in with the ceiling and it looks good. I screw the light bulbs in you can see by the picture what size (very tight squeeze. Bought the battery but ours just took 2 double AA’s.The crystals were not really that bad to install you just wrap the front end of the metal hook (see picture because this part is not in the instructions) around the crystal (you have to bend into a hook yourself) line all the crystals up with the hooks in them ( they give you extra) wrap in towel to keep frim breaking (I placed in bucket so when I stepped up the ladder it would be easier. Then start hooking them onto the fan light ( start on the inside first and then do outer circle but remember to squeeze the hook closed to ensure they stay up there and use gloves to keep finger prints off glass crystals, also some are shorter than others forget about lining them up perfectly once they are all in they will look great). Now do out circle with crystals. Save extra crystals and hooks in safe place and enjoy your fan, it’s worth it.NOTE: I would not put in large room the fan blades are short and it somehow looks a little off:)

This ceiling fan is beautiful. It is quiet. It was not that difficult to install. However, it is wobbly. I could not rate it 5 stars due to how it wobbles at the highest speed. I do not recommend it despite how easy it was to install. The hardest part of the installation was making sure that all of the crystals did not get broken or moved out of place. You have to be very delicate when you install this fan. I know removing it would be a serious task. So, when I sell my house next year, it will stay up in the ceiling and the new owner can inherit the headache.

When we unboxed it there was a dent in the base and a piece was missing. Paid someone $150 to install it only to have it not work! Will be sending back immediately.

The fan is beautiful if you are looking for a fan with a crystal chandelier light. You are required to place little hook devices on the crystals in order to attach them to the chandelier body - time consuming, but worth it. I wired the light/fan/remote control as per the included instructions, but the fan did not work. I rechecked the wiring, but the fan still did not work. Believing the remote receiver might be defective and not wanting to dissemble the fan, I emailed customer service listed on the instruction sheet. I have never had such a quick response on a product's customer service site. Jason was fantastic, suggested a quick solution, flipping the reversing switch, turning the fan to high speed and then using the remote to turn both the light and fan on. Both worked! Issue resolved within 2 hours of my email. Great customer service, beautiful fan, you will not be disappointed if this is the look that you want!
