I use this product for my joints and I noticed using this product every day I wake up with more energy and it really makes me feel good especially for a 73 year old woman and I’m able to continue with my exercises and my body feels great like a younger me.

Not 100% Sea Moss
I expected it to be 100% Sea miss as specified, however when product arrived I was able to read all the specific contents and these were NOT in fact, 100% as advertised.They weren't all bad... But not as good as PURE Sea moss.

Easy way to consume sea moss
Ok I'm a picky eater. There is no way you will get me to eat or drink sea moss. But I know it is healthy for you so finding them in capsule form is an added benefit.This is another one of those supplements you don't see results right off the bat. But I have been taking these for about 3 weeks, 2 pills are easy to swallow, they don't cause any stomach upsets or nasty burps.I like all the ingredients here, and that they use black pepper to enhance absorption. The price is good for what you get, so I'll buy another round to give it a real chance to make a difference.

Convenient in pill form
I like how convenient this sea moss is in pill form. It helps to save me a lot of time in preparation because I don’t have to clean, soak or blend anything. Fits easy to take and is fast and convenient. Only two capsules are in a daily serving size. I also like that it contains burdock and bladderwrack. It’s all a great very healthy combination.
