Great value for money
Great addition to the kitchen, Great value for money.Originally bought 9 months ago installed pretty easily, few weeks ago experienced a burning plastic smell and contacted manufacturer directly, after a few emails they sent a brand new replacement out and it came within days, absolutely brilliant service although be patient for replies usually within 24hrs. Very quiet and the light is bright enough.

Bought to replace a 10+ year old hood that had pretty much stopped working.Was relatively simple to install, if a bit fiddly - but I think that is unavoidable with any hood with a chimney. It comes with a paper template to stick to the wall to aid with drilling, which was appreciated. I had to take a few extra manual measurements to figure out exactly where to stick this on the wall though.The version I received was slightly different to what was pictured. The buttons are centre aligned instead of offset to the right, and there is no 'Firegas' branding on the chimney which I was pleasantly surprised about as I wasn't keen.I'm really happy with the performance, even in a recirculating configuration, it does an ample job at removing smoke and steam. It's significantly quieter than my old one, and you can easily hold a conversation next to it even when it's on max.The main downsides are the light which is average at best in terms of brightness, and strangely positioned at the back. But it does the job. Build quality is OK, but definitely on the flimsy side.I really cannot complain for the price. Very happy with it on the whole.

So far so good
Had it installed over a month ago, and I'm impressed with its performance so far. Much quieter than my last extractor, and performs efficienly. Looks good as well. Hopefully it will have a long life span.

Easy to put up
Found nothing to dislike. Easy to put up but it does need 2 people to do this. When up looked lovely. A reasonable price too.

Bargain price,but...
Good price but a little flimsy, especially the chimney. The base unit just hangs on a bracket mounted to the wall. Feels a little insecure once up. Instructions were rubbish. Looks ok once up.

Excellent for the price
Tough to review this when my previous one was a Neff and cost 5 times as much. Having said that this is equally as powerful and apart from the ducting which is quite narrow ( not much wider than the 6 inch extraction pipe ) and extremely fiddly to fit I can't fault it
