I don't about it giving me energy. I read that's what it's supposed to do. I was taking this about twice to four times a day and over the weeks I started noticing I was falling asleep at midday(which I never did before). I did sleep VERY VERY peacefully at night. Once I stopped taking this I went back to how it used to be.

This is very weak. Light in color and tastes like straight glycerin. I feel it is not worth taking.
