It's got a different bite valve than I am used to, so I had to learn how to use that; and since I got the 18oz bottle, it gets a little off balance when it's about 1/3 full. These are all things that I'm used to and don't really bother me at all. Overall this is way better than my old system of an old sports drink bottle and some athletic tape. FIVE STARS! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mostly good *by A***R on August 9, 2024* I am a walker, not a runner. This water bottle hangs in my hand nicely without having to grip it. The reasons that I did not give it t start is twofold. First, the cloth holder is very tight making it difficult to get back on if you remove it. Second, the drinking spout is a little hard to get to the drinking position. You have to pull and twist to get ot open.
