Cathe Kick Max Kickboxing Workout
Great upper body and overall workout. It's one of the best videos I've collected thus far. I like how she ends the workout with the cardio blast. Awesome!

No tutorial and cues are not really given!
This is a good workout!However, like almost all Cathe videos, there is no tutorial and her cues are nonexistent. Cathe moves from one exercise to another without giving any warning and so you are left a bit confused and have to pause your cardio to figure out what is going on.

Good Kickboxing Workout
This is a nice 74 minute kickboxing workout. The leg conditioning section at the end is challenging and is something that my other kickboxing workouts do not have. If you like Turbo Fire and Les Mills Combat type workouts, you will enjoy this one.
