You can purchase the "doll family" item in different ethnicities but not the individual rooms such as this.

Q: Does anyone know if these are similar in scale to the pottery barn houses and accessories?

They are larger than the scale of the pottery barn houses and accessories. Bought for my granddaughter and she loves these even though they are larger than the other items for her house.

I had to look up a ryan room dollhouse to see what it was. This furniture will definitely fit in it!

The crib inside measures 1 3/4 by 2 3/4 The high chair just depends on how the doll bends The stroller would work
