Daily Warm-Ups: Reading, Grade 3 from Teacher Created Resources

These books are so affordable that I bought one of each grade level to use in my special education classroom. Each page can easily be finished in one sitting.

This book provides the perfect ten minute warm-up for class. You can use the book in a few different ways. You can complete it together as a class, have students work with partners on it or have students complete it individually and then go over it as guided practice. It's a great resource that covers many of the concepts tested on state exams. It gives students a quick spiral of all of the skills they need to master the test.

Excellent resource for starting day off with short readings. Gets students ready for the day!

I like that the book has a selection for each day. I only wished that some of the stories were a little longer. But overall, it's a great warm-up book

I already had the Non-Fiction version of is book, so I knew I would love this one. Tons of choices, quick practice for strategy practice and a slight mix of explicit vs implicit questions.

It is an excellent book to use with 3 rd. Grade students to improve their reading skills.

I use this book for my son to improve his reading. He is in advance level in grade2. This book give rich topics and shows the difficulty level of each essay. I found out he did improve his grade after use this book.

Many people complain they can't tell you what they just read. Train your child from an early age to do it well. We have used these since the first grade books and reading comprehension is an important part of our sons education.
