When my (FOURTH!) brand-name Sony PS4 controller recently started the dreaded thumb stick drift, I decided to try one of the "off brand" budget controllers instead of giving Sony another $45 or so. Here's the Good Vs. the Bad:Good ---*This controller is extremely comfortable. It just feels "right" in the hand. Unlike some of the other bargain controllers, this one is the same size as a Sony controller.*It feels well made. Does not feel at all cheap. It feels sturdy in the hand.*The buttons seem crisp and highly responsive. Thumb sticks feel great.*The battery life is much longer than the factory Sony controller. Sorry brand snobs, it's true.*The $20 price tag is unbeatable. Most "off brands" in this price range had low ratings and terrible reviews. The AUGEX had an almost 5 star average with mostly good reviews. Now I see why. This is a great PS4 controller for the money.The Bad ---*Minor issue. The controller paired with my PS4 perfectly. However, when I use the controller to turn the PS4 on, I get the "Please Press The PS Button To Use Controller" message. I press the PS Button again, and it works like a charm. Is this a big deal? No. Hardly worth mentioning, it's just an extra step that's not required with the Sony brand controllers.*There's no speaker on this controller. If hearing the police dispatcher on GTA V means that much to you, by all means spend the extra $30 for a Sony controller. It's not a deal breaker for me at all.*The touch pad function is a bit wonky by design. This particular controller is built so that if you're required to swipe the touch pad, you must hold the touch pad down and use either the right or left thumb stick to swipe. Not really an inconvenience, just a bit odd. Game actions that require you to press the touch pad work in the normal fashion however.When all is said and done, functionality and sturdy construction earns this controller an honest 4 stars... The good quality/performance/low price ratio earns it the 5th star. If you're looking for a good quality, low price alternative to handing Sony $50 for yet another controller, look no further.

Definitely great for the price, only issue is sometimes it freezes in the middle of game play and we've gotta reset the controller while in a match or getting chased down. But other than that it's great!

Bought it because my friend came from another state to visit and realized he forgot his controller over night it and it came within hours. Connected like a normal PS4 controller. Charged like a normal PS4 controller. Worked perfectly. And wasn’t expensive at all.

I like the style of the joystick works pretty good thus far and has the comfort of a regular PlayStation joystick

I can't tell a difference between this controller and a PS4 controller. $20, can't beat it. If you just need a controller to play games, this one is perfect.

Make sure you FULLY charge before using. It will not work or seem like it connects if you don’t fully charge the control
