I did not want to need a battery but my Samsung S6 demanded it and it was insistent. This works well. Charges reasonably quickly, charges phone very quickly (while using phone as it does) and stores enough for a coupe of phonle charges. Slim enough to store in the back of a folder. Unfortunate that I need it, but that is not Innogie's fault. Recommended - this is a good product.Update: So, after about 6 weeks the device ceased working. It would still charge itself but would not charge any device connected to it. I tested with cables and devices but no luck. So I sent an email to Innogie explaining the situation and within 24 hours had a response from their Customer Service apologizing for the inconvenience and asking for my address so that they could send a replacement. I did and a few days later had a new perfectly-functioning device in my hand. Isn't that an excellent vendor to work with? Professional, responsive and focused solely on making sure that the consumer gets what they pay for. Outstandingly impressive. This is the kind of customer service that sets the bar higher for all others.You can buy from Innogie with the certainty that they will make sure that you are happy. If I need any other power-related device I am buying from them.And no, I am not a sponsored purchaser or any flavor of that - just a regular guy buying stuff.

I wasn't expecting much from the INNOGIE 400mAh portable charger but I was pleasantly surprised! I had bought another brand for my daughter for Christmas and was disappointed with the product. This product deserves 4 1/2 stars but the rating system does not allow me to do that.Innogie pros: charges itself really fast and charges the phone hooked up to it fast too, and It holds the charge for a long long time. I was traveling withe a bunch of teenagers last weekend and we were 3 using this same portable charger all day! That was such a pleasant surprise. it didn't charge our phone fully as we were sharing but it kept all our phones alive.Innogie Cons: The only con (and only when you have an iphone) is that you need to bring your iphone cord with you to be able to charge it. My daughter and her friends have android phones and they were able to use the portable charger's own cord to charge theirs. Just pack an extra iphone cord in your bag I guess.

The charger works very well, but has two annoying features. One is that there is no on/off switch as it activates when you plug in the USB connector to the battery housing. It doesn't charge your phone when you plug in your phone on the other end until you unplug and re-plug in the full-size USB connector on the charger. The other issue is that the blue LED charge status indicator lights are incredibly bright. Way too bright. It's so bright you can't have it in the bedroom with you if you are charging it, or your phone, overnight. Overall the battery itself is fantastic and form factor is perfect for me, but I would not order this specifica charger again.-------Update Dec. 2017: The battery lasted about ten months before dying suddenly. The battery will not hold a charge. In retrospect, I was fairly happy with this battery pack and even though it has the flaws I listed above and that it lasted less than a year, I still considered for a second buying it again. Purely based on form factor, it was my favorite charger, but this time I will try something from another manufacturer.

This product is sleek and very easy to use.Affordable and light weight.Blue light determines how much battery life it has left to charge your phone. Can charge either phone type.This charger is good for probably about 3 charges that get your battery life to around 70-85% which is pretty good from 20%. I've had the battery at 10% and get to 40% as well.Customer service followed up with me about how the product is and when I said I was OKAY with it they tried to do everything possible to make sure I was completely happy with it. So shout out to them.

It can charge your phone crom 25/30% to full in like 30 minutes, however, then its dead. Or last only a little battery left. I also learned it really only charges your battery if you arent using it. If you are trying to use it at the same time, expect it to only get it up 30/40%. But it does what I need it to do, which is be a back up incase my other portable charger dies. Its also pretty light, so cant complain. Good in an emergency.

I bought this on 2/17/17 and I rarely used it, but when i did, it would barely charge my phone once :( It was kinda good in the beginning.I feel like the battery over time loses it's capacity to charge. The portable charger also kinda of takes forever to charge and it constantly blinks on the fourth light even though I charged it over night so i can't really tell if it's fully charged.However, this is very lightweight and really portable. It's sleek and very lowkey and not bulky. I really like the finish to it, it feels cool and clean. It overall is decent, however I wish the battery could've lasted longer.

This is a great little charger for when you are on the go. I use it when I am traveling and I walk around all day. It charges my iPhone quite fast and the battery on it lasts all day as well. The only thing is that it does heat up so you can't always carry it with your phone. It should stay in your bag.

Will have to test this out a bit more for full review, but so far, eh. New in box with zero instructions, not even do's or don'ts. It says on the box to check their website for more info, but this product is not actually on their website, only a 6000mAh one is there, which makes one feel like they got the outdated version. And even on the page for that, there is no info on the thing, - whether you have to charge it out of the box, for how long, what the indicator lights mean - how to tell if it's charging - nothing. Little bit of a disappointment so far.
