exact fit, no issues after 1 year of use. can't be adjusted, your mount have to be.

Very disappointed with this product and more so brand, BENQ. I ordered these monitors being skeptical after reading the issues of mounting it. My nightmare came true, the monitors came but the VERSA mounted NEEDED to mount these never showed up. I ordered this product to be used in a racing simulator after seeing awesome performance reviews. So after waiting a little over a month my mounts order was cancelled with no heads up or notice why. So I contacted BENQ, they then informed me that they have no mounts and will not be making any. When I asked for the a solutions the gentleman acted like tough luck to me... After asking if he can do anything for me he said he would look into it and get back to me in the next day or so.. So after a week and some change and being frustrated enough I called BENQ back for an update since they never contacted me with any information. Once again I was shined on, with no solution. At the end of the day I ended up with a boxed new three $600 monitors that are useless to me due to a $32.00 part and horrible customer service. If you buy this brand just and your product has an issue, your on your own! If your looking to mount multiple monitors, steer clear, no mounting options.
