I used this material a little differently.. I used to line my truck bed benches inside my camper and must I say WOW. Velcro patches can even stick to this. Awesome material, easy to cut, and reverse side glues SO nicely to just about anything.

Bought 6x20 to use in my 7x21 balcony…. Very little direct sun and a cover above so no rain pouring directly onto it. For the price of about $200, getting one good season out of it will be great. Then I’ll throw away in late fall if need be and buy a fresh one next spring. For the price, quality and looks, it’s worth every penny. Highly recommend!!

I have an issue with the garage concrete floor in that over the years road salt has pitted it substantially. My options were to acid wash and paint the garage floor or cover it with outdoor carpet. I chose the carpet. I ordered two strips of 20 length. Each strip is 6 feet wide. The carpet is very easy to work with, thin and lightweight. I installed it wall to wall and the trimming was very easy with a carpet knife. The installation could be done by one person but I drafted my brother to give me a hand. We used carpet tape to join the two strips together and the seam is barely noticeable. Its been down about two weeks so I have no idea about durability but the installation was very easy.Update 1/12/13The carpet has been down for several months now and it just went through several snow storms with the resultant mess that came in garage with the car. There were areas around where the tires end up that had a total mess with mud, salt and other stuff. After it dried I ran the sweeper and the carpet cleaner and it cleaned up very easily.

I have two boxers with a crippling disease, and I use this carpet, cut to two 6’ x 10’ pieces that I can easily roll out either my front or back door, so they don’t slip and fall on the snow, ice, or concrete. Very helpful!

We recently bought this to cover a deck and porch at our summer camp that was in need of scraping and painting this summer. We did not want to invest the time as we are replacing the deck at the end of the season. This carpet was superb for our purposes. It was easy to install - we measured, cut, and stapled it down. It has stayed in place all summer with a lot of traffic. The edges do not fray when cut and we have not experienced any pulls or fraying anywhere on the carpet. We do have a lot of pine trees around the house and sweep daily. Some times they stick to the carpet which has not been a big deal. We have had some pretty harsh thunder storms with heavy rain, but that hasn't been a problem. The carpet dries quickly and we have not noticed any lingering odor from frequent drenching and drying. We plan to keep the carpet when we take it up and use in on docks, etc.
