AMAZON PRIME Review of the Posture Pump 1000 and 2000 Products.
AMAZON PRIME Review of the Posture Pump 1000 and 2000 Products.I am going to skip the normal antics you see in many reviews and simply tell you what my experience was.I must say first and foremost that I have no investment in this product nor know anyone at the company that sells it or have any interest whatsoever in it. My only interest here is to share what I experienced because no other product I have used or bought in the past has made such a difference in my well-being. Having said that I understand that because we are all different we will have different experiences and your experience may or may not be the same.I bought this product with a lot of hesitation, as I am sure many people do. I saw some of the reviews that claim the product wasn't packed properly or that it lacked instructions, etc., but after paying several thousand dollars in "Chiropractors" and being told by one about the "Lordex® Spine" treatment that would cost me several thousand dollars and many hours of my time, and reading some of the reviews of other people that bought this product I decided to buy it.I did go to the inventors or original marketers' website at http://www.posturepump.com and found extensive documentation, videos, lectures and studies that have been done on this product, and most importantly the reason why this product works; in other words what the product does to your spine and why that will make you feel better. The explanations and instructional videos are easy to understand without the use of highly technical terms or "hocus pocus" procedures or vague explanations. I then understood the why of my neck and back problems, and so I decided to buy it. This was on a Thursday evening with sharp pains in my back and neck and after being turned down by the local "Chiropractor" who works from 9-11am and 4-6pm Monday to Friday. (What a life huh?)I bought the product through Amazon Prime, and received it promptly on the following Tuesday as promised. (I am sure that who you buy from makes a difference. I bought this through Amazon Prime from Pro Therapy Supplies.) After work I opened the Amazon box and found the 2 products the Model 1000 (Neck product) and the Model 2000 (Back Product) neatly packed in their full color original boxes. After some of the reviews listed here I expected to find no documentation, but indeed the contrary was true. Inside each box I found 2 sheets explaining in full detail how to use the product and giving extensive advice about what to do and what NOT to do. Each box for each product also contained a full color brochure about the Posture Pump line of products with the information about the company, their website, phone numbers, address, and again explanations of why the product works, what it does to your spine.Hesitantly but eager to find out if the products I purchased with my hard earn money were going to alleviate the excruciating pain I was suffering I extracted the products from their respective boxes, set them up and first used the Posture Pump® Cervical Disc Hydrator® (Model 1000). I went through the entire routine as clearly instructed in the two double sided printed black and white sheets included in the package, and although I did experience a little pain, by the time I finished about 10 minutes later, I could simply not believe the difference that it made in my neck. I was immediately able to turn my head in both directions without pain, the numbness in my left hand subsided and I felt invigorated and a relief I had not experienced in YEARS of going to the infamous "Chiropractors" and paying hundreds if not thousands of dollars in "adjustments" that many times did not last an hour or made me feel worse.Encouraged by those results I immediately proceeded to setup the Back model 2000. I did the warm-up exercises as instructed and proceeded to follow the routine CLEARLY explained in the instruction sheets included in the box. After 15 minutes or so, once I was done doing my whole back, starting from the bottom to the top, I did the after or "cool down" exercises and got up. Again, I could not believe the immediate results that I experienced. It was palpable, real. My back and neck pain were gone. I could sit down and get up without feeling the sharp pain that goes along with such movements in most back pain victims. I laid down in my bed, upright, downright, sideways, got up, sat down, laid down again, kneeled down, got up, stood on one leg, moved my head up, down, side to side and felt no pain; the pain was GONE!I know that many people will have and may have had different experiences, but after reading most of the reviews and most importantly, buying the product myself and personally experiencing the results, I cannot but give this product the top review that it deserves and I hope you find this review helpful.Do yourself a favor. First, don't buy a used product and expect to receive it pristine and with all the instructions as the original manufacturer packs them. You are investing in your health. Second, follow the instructions to the letter. Third, remember that your back problems are a result of a life time of bad habits, issues or injuries that need to be corrected and that it will, as everything else in this world, take time to completely heal. Yes my results were immediate and outstanding but yours may not be that defined. Be patient, work with it, continue and keep up the routines on a daily basis and you will see results. It did for me.This product really works, it worked and continues to work for me in an incredible way, and whoever thought of it deserves a big KUDOS for it.

Using device for c-Spine Stenosis
I've just started using the posture pump C Spine trainer to hopefully help, or keep at bay the stenosis in my neck. I do notice that after using the trainer that the dull ache in my left hand middle finger disappears, so pressure on my pinched nerves is being relieved. I was scheduled for a C-Spine fusion, but 2 Harvard Med Doctors disagreed as to whether I needed the surgery, so I delayed it. I hope to use a program of exercise & the posture pump to avoid surgery. I plan to have another MRI 12 months from now to see how my stenosis has progressed after a year of this therapy.Given the affordable price, the device is made well enough for its intended use. Strapping in is not too hard to figure out. Using the device can be uncomfortable depending on the type of condition your neck is in. I don't have many symptoms & my range of motion is good, so I would consider myself a good candidate for this device. Since you have control over the inflation pressure, you can decide how much of a "stretch" or "curve" you would like to re-introduce to your spine. The instructions suggest starting off slowly, using moderate inflation pressures & durations, which I think is good advice. You'll need to acclimate your neck to using the pump. The device works best when used on a firm surface, like a carpeted floor. I don't recommend using it in bed, as the surface is too soft for the pump to work your spine. My only criticism of the Posture Pump is that I think the inflation bladder could be a little wider (for comfort reasons), but it is possible that if it were wider, that the desired spinal curve may not be achieved during inflation. To summarize, I'd recommend the Posture Pump C-Spine Trainer. It does relieve symptoms. It is a program that you will need to employ daily - but don't be too eager. Take your time building up to that daily routine. If the Posture Pump can help you avoid or delay surgery it will be well worth it. I'll know more in 12 months.

Works for me!
I was informed by a chiropractor 20 years ago that I have what he called a "goose neck." In other words, a reverse curvature. It's daily compounded by my career which is pet groomer. I look down to some extent during the entire course of my work day. I've been told over the years, to place a towel behind my neck on the edge of the bed and let gravity do the work. One chiropractor sold me a posture pump about 9 or so years ago, used it a few times, then stopped, like so many of us do :) At some point, I even donated it to a thrift shop and I hope someone has been helped by it. Anyway, about 3 months ago, I started to wake up in the middle of the night with a right hand that was completely asleep. First I tried acupuncture because I thought it was my wrist and not my neck. I finally went to a chiropractor (hadn't been in years) and he told me what was going on and to get the towel, blah blah blah. Obviously, it was time to take it seriously since it had gotten progressively worse over the past 9 years. I've used the posture pump now for only 3 nights and have already felt a lessening in waking up during the night with a numb right hand. Last night I only woke up briefly with some slight tingling. I follow the directions carefully, warming up the neck first then pumping, holding for 10 seconds and releasing, doing this 15 times to further warm up the neck. I then pump to what I can tolerate which is discomfort, but not pain, there's definitely a fine line there. For me this is currently 2 1/4 pumps. The discomfort of these sessions has lessened, the more I use it. Last night I even fell asleep for the 15 minutes :) I knew this was going to be an uncomfortable process. I mean, for crying out loud, I'm trying to reverse the curvature of my neck vertebrae :) Doc said I just need to use it daily until I've accomplished this and then maintenance.
