Q: Is this uv rated, suitable for outdoors?

I don't know what "UV rated" means. I use mine outdoors on my patio in a planter. I imagine intense sunlight would fade or break down any plastic over time. I live in AZ where the sun is super intense. I've had them several months and they haven't faded or cracked yet.

Q: how wide is the bloom?

Full bloom width is approximately 10”

Q: Does this come in a larger size? It's exactly what I need but too small.

Q: Can this plant be placed outside in the elements?

Hi, Yes. I have mine in a planter outside surrounded by flowers in dirt. The plant has held up even through all of the rain we experienced this summer and the bright sun. I hope this helps,
