I have been using this product for years and I tell everyone about it! It’s a gentle relaxing aid that does not leave you feeling groggy next morning. I even take it in the middle of the night to help me get back to sleep. Love this product!!

I am someone who has almost endlessly struggled with finding something that not only helps me fall asleep but also something that helps me stay asleep. This product is my favorite to help with both of those issues. I have been using this for almost two years now. It does not leave you groggy in the morning and I like to take it about 30-45mins before I am ready for bed. It is a wonderful product for the price. I highly recommend!

I have used this product for years. It is nice for those evenings when I feel just a little too wakeful and I don't want to feel groggy the next day. It does not knock me out like Benadryl or other sleep aids. I try not to take sleep aids more than a couple times per week, and I can be wakeful the night after using Benadryl. I like that it is gentle, and sometimes it is all I need for getting to sleep and staying asleep. Sometimes I just try to enjoy getting things done on a restless night. ;-)

I love these. My husband is sceptical (but he's a sleeper) when I've tried everything to relax and sleep and nothing works then i ordered these to at least try another route ya know.. I take 3 every time and i fall asleep within 2-3 hours and sleep through the night. I've even given one to my oldest son (11yr old) who has sleeping problems like I do. Some days i don't even need them now. Not sure how that works but they have helped a lot, current monthly subscriber too.

I like that I can swallow the tablets easily..

I liked that it is not a sleeping aid...it just helps reset your body to a restful mode. I found it stopped my mind from racing and put me into an easy relaxation.

I took this on an evening knowing I had the next day off just in case I had a bad reaction to it. Good thing I did. I took it half hour before bed and started to notice my mind was racing an hour in. My eyes felt heavy but my mind would not shut off. Finally fell asleep 3 hours later but woke up several times throughout the night.

I am always on an anti-anxiety medication and I just wanted to help with the insomnia that came with it. Because I have trouble sleeping some nights, I do get a bit anxious. Didn’t do much for sleep or my anxieties when it comes to down to it.
