Brilliant sauce
First had this at a restaurant and was so impressed asked how they made it to be told they bought it in. Rather a lot for two people so I tried freezing and it worked so the next one I will divide into three or four freezing the extra. Slightly cost more than packets but well worth the extra for those special treats.

What you expect
Where do i start, its a decent sauce for people who can’t make their own at home, quite creamy with touch of peppery heat but not much of a brandy taste to it.
