Not total black out however ....
Good quality however it does not work as a total blackout. Ideal curtain liner if not looking for blackout. No issues with return.

Impressive service
The quality of the fabric fits my purpose. I would buy this fabric again.What is most commendable is the service that I've received. There were oil like stains down one side of the fabric I initially received which I did not see until I had already used the other half. I contacted the vendor but was not expecting a quick reply. However, I was surprised that the reply came within 2 days! I received not only an apology but an offer of a new piece of fabric. I've since received the fabric and I am very pleased.I wanted to shout out for the excellent service I received hence the 5 stars. It is totally deserved.
