Me cambió la vida
Sufrí tendinitis por usar el Magic Keyboard, pero eso ya no pasó cuando compré esta belleza. No quiero volver a usar ningún teclado convencional nunca mas

Great transition from MS Natural Keyboard elite, minor muscle memory adjustments, no INSERT key
I'm a Windows developer but I transitioned to Mac about 7 years ago. I used the Microsoft Natural Keyboard Elite on PC's, so I kept using it on the Mac. I even bought 2 extras just to warehouse them in case they stopped making the product! I also used MagicKeys on the Mac to swap the Control/Option/Cmd keys around, and it was like I was still using the native Windows keyboard whenever I remote desktop'd into my Windows development servers. (I used the Mac desktop for everything OTHER than development.)So I just upgraded my Mac and decided, it's TIME... I wanted to switch to a native Mac keyboard... but still use the ergonomic style. There aren't many good options, and this was the closest to what I was used to, so I decided to give it a try.Overall I'm quite pleased. It DOES require some minor muscle memory adjustments. The split space bar takes a bit getting used, and the keys aren't as "bulky" as the MS keyboard, and since they sit lower, I did have to glance down a lot at first. The MS keyboard was always "different" with its vertical 2w3h Home key section (versus every other keyboard long ago transitioning to a 3w2h format). So I'm still clicking "Spotlight Search" instead of "Home". But I'll get adjusted. ONE thing I REALLY miss though, is there is NO INSERT KEY. This is standard for Mac keyboards, but I use it a LOT on Windows (especially SQL). Yes, I know there are unintuitive software workarounds, or the pop-up keyboard on Windows, but if this keyboard had an easy switch to replace that SPOTLIGHT with INSERT, that would have been perfect.Otherwise, it's nice having a similar function key experience and native Mac Control-Option-Cmd keys now, so it's similar to the keys on my MacBook Air laptop. The ONE thing that's thankfully possible to remedy, but needs to be reset every single morning, is the Function Keys for use in Windows. To make the F5 (etc.) keys work for Windows, you need to FIRST press the "fn" key, hold and press "esc". (Macally was nice enough to remind you, it's printed on the "esc" key.) That will act as a "hold" on the Function key. (Otherwise you have to remember to always press "fn" plus the F5 key.) I wish I could just set it once and it remembers until I unset it. But I suppose that is a bios thing vs. the hardware, so I won't fault Macally for it. I noticed that some Dell computers do this "fn" thing now too!Generally the ergonomics are great -- the soft padding is nicer than the hard plastic on the MS Elite, and the CLICK is about 10-15% less noisy than the known-for-its-loudness reputation MS Elite. If you're as used to the MS Elite as I was, but now you're on the Mac, you'll be pleased with this purchase.

Fixed my wrist pain
I was very skeptical of ergonomic keyboards until I developed wrist pain myself in both wrists. After using this for a week my wrist pain and stiffness has significantly improved in one hand and completely gone in the other. The one constraint that I was looking for in an ergonomic keyboard was that it would be compatible with my mac, I was very pleasantly surprised that the this keyboard came with all the same shortcut keys that my original apple keyboard had, but it came with additional keys for printing, zooming in/out, screen shots, etc.

The keys fade after just a month :(
Keys feel soft and it's nice to use BUT the letters started fading after less than a month!I contacted the customer support. they were helpful until they found out i was not in the US (They were going to mail me the new keys). MacAlly says to contact Amazon for help as they could not find my order number. They took 17 days to tell me that. I no longer have the option to contact seller/give feedback on Amazon so I am not sure what else to do. This is very disappointing.
