Excellent product. I've had no gastrointestinal issues with taking 2x capsules twice daily. I like the fact the vitamin K is MK7 which was a major reason for purchasing this product. Most of the supplements are harmless, proven to be healthy or in low doses so no harm will come if you have issues with them.Other ingredients, like beet root, CoQ10, ginger, etc,. are proven healthy supplements. Since most of these supplements are organic, it's a BIG plus!My only concern is the addition of Resveratrol for some individuals. Once thought to be a miracle supplement, very recent research (2021-22), from multiple sources has shown Resveratrol does not likely have any big effect on longevity or health. In fact, it can send some cancer cells into over-drive. This is supported by reports on the National Library of Medicine website. You can easily search this out on the Internet. Fortunately, Resveratrol is not water-soluble, so oral bioavailability is low (1%) unless you take it with oil (olive oil for example). Therefore, I'm not concerned about it being included in this product.Tumeric also requires another bioabsorption process. In this case it's piperine. Again, with no piperine, very little tumeric will be absorbed into the body, although tumeric is not harmful and does likley have some health benefits.This is without a doubt the best Vitimin, Mineral, Supplement product on the market.

First vitamin that I can tell works,love the fact all ingredients are natural and labeled where they came from

I used to take about 15 vitamins before breakfast which was complicated and potentially toxic. Naturalo formula seems to cover most and I just supplement it with 2 or 3 more different vitamins occasionally. Results seem to be better than before. It is because that I am thin, so I just take 3 a day instead of the 4 a day as recommended.

I check three stars for flavor since these are capsules and have no flavor. On the plus, the blend of ingredients is very good. On the down side, four capsules a day are recommended so these are not cheap as it may seem when comparing to other products that require one or two capsules per day.

It's good to use multivitamins non GMO'S with a variaty of vitamins to keep you strong.

This is the only brand I have got my multivitamin from consistently. I’d say more than 30 bottles so far. I often alternate btw 50+ and normal one. The reason being I get 50+ one is that, it makes me sleep better when I pop two before bed. So why you say I’m giving it two stars? This last bottle I got didn’t have such effect on my sleep. When I checked the label, I realized it’s changed. No ingredient on the label is organic unlike before. Paying £45 for non organic multivitamin while being advertised as organic?!

This was my second purchase having read the reviews and how it has meant to benefit others. What the benefits are to date I am still unsure as I have noticed no difference or any improvement to my lifestyle. The product is fairly expensive and having tried cheaper Multivitamins and having same results as these I shall return to the other brands. Sorry but these are just not worth the money.

Didn't realise until after I received them that you have to take 4 capsules a day which works out at £1.56/day. Organic or not that is too expensive for me. Will not buy again.

For me, I feel a difference, physically, physiologically and mentally very quickly! The tasteless factor for me is not an issue. They are easy to swallow and absorb well. You know that when you feel soon energisedo! To Naturelo, keep up the great work! Whole food multivitamins rock!!!

I have used these for ages and they seem to help. However, the packaging the bottles were sent in was poor and one fell out and the delivery man who was very help full had to search for the missing bottle. Otherwise, these vitamins are good. SUPPLIER make sure you seal the cardboard packaging properly please.
