Works Well and Libman Sent Replacement Part
It’s a bit clunky to get the pad on and off but this works well on my sealed concrete floors and then tosses easily into the washer. I’ve had two break where the bottom attaches. Instead of buying a new one I emailed Libman and they are sending a replacement part for free which is fantastic. Great customer service!

Great damp mop and duster
Love this mop for a damp sweep of wood floors and/or dusting. It's nice that you can throw the microfiber cloth directly in the laundry afterwards. The only problem is a design flaw in the plastic part that connects the floor sweeper to the handle, it's very fragile and our last one broke and we had to replace it. It would be better for that part to be made of metal. Otherwise a keeper!

Great idea, not so great execution
I was really hoping this would be the last floor mop I buy, and it may well be, however I am less than thrilled about two things, one of which probably is not an issue for most people who would probably pick this up in a brick and mortar store so I'll mention it last. The other issue is the little green tab that holds the mop in its flat shape for use but is a tool to collapse the mop when slid/lifted so that the pad can be changed. Not one person in the entire company could have foreseen that the tab should be made more secure? It happened on the very first day of use for me, so it's not like something that changed with constant use. That little green tab is the reason for the 3 stars in this review, because I currently have to tape it down in order to use the mop. When I need to change the pad, I remove the tape, change the pad and put some new tape on so the tab won't keep sliding out of place and collapsing the mop if I accidentally lift it up.The best things about this are the size, which is so much better than most of the better-known brands, I believe, and the reusable pad. Those companies that still sell disposable pads are not thinking about their customers or the environment. Perhaps money-making is their only bottom line. Libman's mop pad is not only reusable, but it is top quality: when you wash it, it comes out as if it had never been used (well, almost) which is indeed a wonderful plus. I love the fluffy huggable texture.Ok, on to the other issue which only matters if you're going to order it online and have it shipped somewhere and care about the size of the package that it will arrive in. I know the other company did not patent their screw-in stick/handle (or maybe they did and licensed it which means Libman can use it) so why is Libman still using a mop stick/handle that can only be shipped fully extended the entire length of the handle? This does not make much sense, and wastes a lot of cardboard too. And I guess Libman is not looking to a global market for customers and are quite happy with satisfying customers who can get their mops at the local stores.

Last forever and works
This is my second mop in 5 years so they do last. My fault the original broke due to stepping on it just the wrong way!

Best dust mop, coming from a mom!
I had first purchased this mop several years ago, and had lasted up to the point of when my son accidentally threw away the head, while I was cleaning it. It's easy to say it would have lasted many more years if that sad accident hadn't happened. Lol. Since then, I've purchased many other brands, only to be let down multiple times. I just could not find my libman dust mop. After about 3 more sad microfiber mops later, I've found my old one on Amazon! Unlike the microfiber ones, every little thing does not get stuck in the fibers like this one. The movement is smooth, picks up everything, the cloth heads remove and clean easily, and last for years. Just make sure when you throw it in the dryer, you do not use fabric softener, as the static helps attract more dust! You won't be displeased with this! Absolutely recommend!
