How long does it take for this product to start working on menstrual cramps? Does it work as well as ibuprofen? How long do the effects last?

I just took my first dose and it started working within 10-15min. I just dropped on my tongue and washed down with some water. Wow this stuff is amazing!!! It does control the pain like a painkiller but works even faster. I no longer feel any menstral cramping. wish I discovered this herb earlier in life, would have saved me years of taking ibuprofen.

Has anyone used this for relief of cramps in the calf muscle of the legs? If so, does it work? Thanks

Well I have used it once or twice if my shoulders/ neck muscles were hurting. It does give relief. Cannot stress enough though that herbs work best when you have a healthy diet. Cut your meat, dairy try to eat as clean as possible for a while. Then it can work wonders.

Is this basically a tincture?

No. Tinctures use only alcohol for extraction. Extracts can use alcohol, and/or water, and/or glycerin. This extract uses all three. Each medium extracts and concentrates different compounds, as different compounds are soluble with each of them.
