This is a great little truck. I was surprised at what it could do out of the box. My only complaint is the battery life but I’ll be switching batteries and that will solve that issue

If wasn't missing parts or damage is not a bad purchase I do recommend this car has a lot to offer very good rc

Great crawler but the battery only lasts 2 minutes so get a lipo like I have in the photo and it'll last longer

I really wanted to like this truck. I actually bought two of them as Christmas gifts for my sons. They were to be an affordable entry into 1/10 crawler rc trucks. The features seemed great; metal gears including the transmission gears, great lights and light controller, and nice radio for entry level. On paper they seemed to check all the boxes. Quality and durability is where these fell down. We used these trucks lightly for maybe a couple hours and did not bash or mistreat them. Our use included a little light trail driving and some driving around the living room over couch cushions laid on the floor. One truck had the cv joint disintegrate and then the steering knuckle cracked. Parts were going to be a 6 week wait. The other truck stripped one of the wheel hexes. Then upon further inspection it looked like the truck that stripped the wheel hex also got the incorrect tire foams. The foams were hard as a rock compared to the second truck. The second truck however had a hard foam in the spare tire. It looks like RGT uses a cheaper hard foam in the spares and one of our trucks got this harder foam in ALL of the tires instead. Needless to say they both got returned. Never again RGT after such a disappointing Christmas.

Fun truck, rgt fixed a lot of issues with this v3. Metal gears, proper turn angle, servo has room for flex, good oil shocks, lights that actually work for night time crawling. This is a good trail truck and with added weight in certain areas it will only get better.

This is a late review. So I will not repeat what has been said before. Instead I will mention a good thing and a bad thing that the earlier reviews have not emphasized. One of the best things about the new all-in-one receiver/ESC/light controller is its ability to send battery information back to the transmitter. It does so with a green-yellow-red LED format. When the LED turns completely yellow, you still have time to bring the truck in from far away. So that there should never have to be a need to walk out to get a truck that has run out of juice. And it does this for ANY brand of battery, with no proprietary plug, just a deans connector. Unfortunately, a chassis is only as strong as its weakest link. And this chassis's weakest link continues to be the plastic gears in the transmission. They can strip as quickly as in one head on collision with anything. And as far as I can see, there is no metal gear replacement available.; there is no plastic gear replacement available. These 390 motor transmission gears are NOT the same as the 540 motor transmission gears. So once your transmission gears are stripped, you have an inoperable vehicle. If you look on the RGT website, you will see that the next version of this chassis, the FB, is supposed to have metal transmission gears. I CANNOT recommend buying this chassis until metal transmission gears are available for it.

El producto es excelente de calidad lo que no me gustó fue que le hubieran puesto las pegatinas y que no trajo el cargador para cargar la respectiva batería que viene incluida en el carro de resto todo muy bien

Excelente artículo. Llego muy rápido. El único detalle que la batería dura menos de 1 minuto.

Antes de criticarlo debo decir que el precio ronda el 40% de lo que vale un traxxas y a cambio o tienes mucho, un control decente sumamente enlazado a la electrónica que lleva. Una electrónica de marcas reconocidas como flysky y hobbywings, su transmisión si bien es de engranes de plastico lo cierto es que estan acorde al motor que lleva, los diferenciales si que son de metal. El motor parece pequeño pero ay que recordar que es un crawler y aunque sea un crawler 1/10 al ser una copia del jimmy es pequeño comparado con otros. Algunos acabados son malos como la pintura mal aplicada de las tolvas pero insisto es que por el precio no se puede pedir tanto, las llantas son muy buenas son doble propósito y creo que funcionan muy bien para ambos propósitos. Viene con sus accesorios entre ellos pala y hacha repetidas en color negro y rojo. Ay que acompletar algunas luces "direccionales y niebla frontales y freno traseros". La transmisión y diferenciales traen suficiente grasa.Lo verdaderamente malo es su batería, en mi caso ni siquiera servía, la puse a cargar y sencillamente no retiene carga, no me importa porque es una de nimh de 1500mAh que sinceramente es basura aunque funcionase bien. Yo le puse una lipo de 5000mAh, solo configura los parametros con el dipswitch del control.Algo genial es que puedes configurar el freno de arrastre directamente en el control remoto.

These are a really great Rock Crawler but the servo is a bit small and I burnt mine out in the first 80 minutes of use and the wiring is badly set up and you have to be really careful when you lift the body because you could bull them all out.

No me gusto que el servo que trae de fabrica a los dos días de uso muy recreativo, se estropeó y tuve que comprar uno nuevo, con lo demás del producto no tengo queja.
