Product came in quickly.I had the old hard drive out and this one in and working within 30 mins tops.5 Stars for the product itself.The directions however are very bland. They do not tell you every step clearly. I highly recommend to anyone that you watch the linked videos they attach to the directions.Helped out big time.The provided directions give you the basic steps to complete the task at hand. Which is fine with me. It only took a few mins to watch the videos and I was good.

I got more than my money's worth when I purchased this Hard Drive!!!! I strongly recommend any gamer thats looking to upgrade their PS4 to buy this 1T Hard Drive which comes with a warranty plus a flash drive with the latest PS4 update all just for $60, if this is not the best deal any gamer could have then idk what is.

While this hard drive has worked perfectly and the instructions and 8gb USB drive are very helpful and useful, the hard drive casing has sharp edges which I was not careful enough with, and ended up with four stitches in the end of my right pointer finger. The raised part of the tab on the end opposite from the plug of the hard drive is the part that cut me, avoid that and you should be perfectly fine.

I was impressed at how fast it came and the extra items that are included such as the USB drive, extra screw, and even another mounting bracket. BUT I followed the instructions every step and it did not work! The USB drive that was supplied was broken or something because I went to install the firmware after putting the new HD in and backing up my data...I checked the USB on my computer first to make sure the files were on there and they were....but when it tried to put the new firmware on the HD, it said it could not find any software. I even tried downloading the latest update(4.55) on a separate USB and try it again. still nothing!!!!So now I just have a blank 1TB hard drive sitting there as a paperweight...a $60 paperweight! Thank god my old HD still worked.

First off everything came in great. I love the fact that it came with a USB & also the USB had the lastest PS4 update. I will buy this again when my lil brothers PS4 (500GB) runs out. Easy to install & came with directions how to install & URL websites to see/how to install the 1TB hard drive. Thanks again.

This is fantastic. I was worried about installing it myself just because I figured I'd mess it up.. It's crazy how easy it is. It literally took 15 minutes. Easy steps by step directions. I've recommended it to several of my friends already.

Totally happy with this product. Everything that it was described as. Instruction were easy to follow. Recommend this item to anyone. Don't have to be tech savvy to install it.

Fit perfectly for a 1215A series, just like the discription said. The only reason it doesn't get a 5 star is because the PS4 update on the usb didn't work. It does tell you what to do if that happens in the directions though. Just go to the playstation website and download the current update. Delete the one that comes on the usb first though.
