This is a game changer for me. I am a recreational fisherman and drop a prawn trap often in the summer. For years the process was to twist the heads off. The knife sharpener is a nice feature. Bought it to slice pepperoni for pizza but it slices to thick. It’s great fir veggies.

I decided to go "Middle of the Road" in purchasing a Biltong knife (Professional type) as I make my OWN Biltong and eat it daily, I was tired of slicing my hands. This thing is DEADLY and sharp and precise! I LOVE it. It comes with its OWN built in sharpener to keep it RAZOR sharp (and it IS, razor sharp!!!!) After owning it for 3 months I was cleaning it and SLICED my own hand to the bone requiring many stitches...It is RAZOR sharp!

I have two of these knives because they work so well. I eat 99% meat and these slice up my frozen meat for the airfryer perfectly. I am delighted. I have two, one for home and one for my workplace.
